This study investigated how advertisers from the creation area of large advertising agencies perceive and characterize their creative process. Thirteen Brazilian professionals were interviewed using semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Results indicate that several stages of the creative process overlap, such as the incubation period of one job functioning as the preparation for the next. Motivating factors include pleasure of the act of creating, media visibility and its social reach. Limiting factors include the agencies’ excessive departmentalization, reduced deadlines, and the clients’ subjectivity influencing the advertisement approval.

Communication for development (CfD) is a discipline that seeks to promote social change through the strategic use of media and participatory dialogue. However, there is a paucity of studies that systematically and critically analyze the social processes underlying CfD interventions and their impact on the social significance of beneficiary communities. This article presents a narrative review of the literature on CfD, with the aim of identifying the main theoretical and methodological approaches that have addressed this topic, as well as the main limitations and challenges facing research in this field. Thirty-five articles published between 2018 and 2023 were analyzed, selected through a search in the Scopus, Web of Science, SciELO, Redalyc and Latindex databases. The results show that most of the studies adopt a qualitative and participatory perspective, focused on the analysis of spec...

The work is based on the need of every education professional to become an educational analyst. It summarizes and explains a series of analysis categories that allow educational phenomena to be approached from a cognitive perspective. It starts with a general introduction about cognition and different lines from which it can be addressed. Then the lower and upper cognitive processes are described. It is expected that the typology of processes provided will be a valuable tool for the analysis of teaching situations.

This article aims to reflect on the implementation of artificial intelligence in constitutional processes, specifically in amparo and habeas corpus proceedings against judicial rulings, and the aporia that such an approach would entail, given that it is currently a complex task for claimants to determine the violation of constitutionally protected fundamental rights within ordinary judicial processes. This implies that when such processes are constitutionalized, they may fail to merit a substantiated judgment, as inadmissibility often becomes a decisive factor. From this perspective, an intriguing question arises: Would the implementation of artificial intelligence be effective in resolving constitutional processes that challenge judicial decisions, particularly from the standpoint of protecting fundamental rights and ensuring effective procedural safeguards? Answering this question requ...

Bunge (1997) argues that a good scientific explanation should detail the mechanisms that lead from causes to effects. In recent decades, this type of explanation has been incorporated into the dominant paradigms in sociology and political science, where it has achieved both theoretical and methodological advances, above all through the process tracing technique. In contrast, in communication there continues to be an almost exclusive dominance of theories and research using interpretive or variance methods. This paper argues that advances in the mechanism paradigm in other disciplines can be exploited by researchers in the field of communication who wish to study both classical issues in the discipline and social processes in which communication is involved as a relevant causal factor. The main definitions of the paradigm and the most important recommendations of the process tracing metho...

This study is based on the evaluation process of the university public policy of distance education and, specifically, the implementation of the Classroom platform, in its didactic and operational dimensions, at the National Autonomous University of Huanta (UNAH), period 2020, in the context of physical and social isolation, which allowed an accurate analysis to make decisions in this regard. To measure such impact, the non-experimental scientific method, descriptive level, was used; likewise, the survey technique, whose instrument is the questionnaire, which was applied to the population of the ordinary teaching staff of the institution. The conceptual frameworks are enriched, exposing reflections from a detailed bibliographic review that analyzes indicators of content, activities, interactivity, resources, administration and aesthetics of the virtual environment. From the analysis...

Objective: To demonstrate the positive impact of the cost system for processes in the productive chain of asparagus in agro-export companies, this given the need to know, in a reliable way, their costs and that this, in turn, allows them to improve the taking of decisions. Method: The research was descriptive and the research design was nonexperimental. For our analysis, the case study was applied to the company Vivadis Perú S.A.C., a company dedicated to the agro-export of asparagus. Results: The process costs system, applied to the asparagus production chain, allowed to determine more precisely the costs that are managed by materials and labor in each of the stages of the asparagus production process compared to a system of costing managed in an empirical way whose data are very general. This accounting activity will make it possible to project investment in agro-exports. Conclusion: ...

This paper focuses on questioning the use of the claim for nullity of legal acts, based on Civil Code provisions, to request the annulment of administrative acts that are grounded in administrative law. Accordingly, it reaffirms the exclusivity of the administrative litigation process, within the ordinary jurisdiction, for filing claims seeking the annulment of administrative acts issued under public law norms.

This paper emerged as a synthesis of the first chapter of the doctoral thesis called "Didactic strategy for the Financial Mathematics subject in the Business Administration Career of the State University of Milagro in the Republic of Ecuador". The objective of this paper is to systematize the theoretical-methodological references that support the teaching-learning process of the Financial Mathematics subject from the Historical-Cultural approach. For this, a documentary research was carried out that supports that any process of teaching-learning of Financial Mathematics subject must be based on the development of thought, reasoning and social awareness, cognitive skills that facilitate problem solving and decision-making in environments of uncertainty

The current circumstances further merit investment in scientific research, to contribute to the homogeneous sustainability of the world population. The economic resources destined to the research field must be prioritized in order to rediscover what nature holds for the future man. Practical sumptuousness has plunged humanity into a minimalist idea of ??its social condition. The world phenomena of diverse nature are sneaked by a small group of research philanthropists without state economic funds, absolutely relegated by private companies that profit from raw materials.

The seriousness of the existing academic harassment and the solutions, sometimes successful, sometimes not so successful, given by higher education institutions, justifies this work. The objectives pursued are to investigate a subject where there is a relevant international, European and national regulation of academic institutions of higher education; to analyze the legal precepts on harassment in Spanish universities, also the Law of University Coexistence, as well as the doctrine and jurisprudence applicable to these cases. In this context, the use of the social jurisdiction is promoted due to the outstanding protection it grants to the party most in need of protection and due to the characteristics of the social jurisdictional order. Often, the labor route may be an option that the victim may consider to be the best way to resolve these situations, in those cases that are more favora...

The realization of the photo-electrochemical process consists in percolating the solution to be treated through an electrolytic reactor, in which the anodes coated with metal oxides remains under the effect of ultraviolet radiation (UV). The solution used in this study was contaminated artificially from fecal samples positive for bacteria and intestinal parasites. The evaluation of the process for the disinfection of water was held in photo-electrical-chemical reactor, with a total volume of 10.0 Lper batch system contaminated with human fecal material. It was used as the -1supporting electrolyte solution of sodium perchlorate at 0.1 mol. Land applying a current density -1of 14 mAwith the aid of a source and a flow rate of 250 L.h. The UVradiation was provided by a mercury vapor lamp of 55 Wwithout bulb shield. The center electrode is inserted through a quartz bulb. Samples were analyzed...

This article presents the results of the first diagnostic stage of a project that aims to co-design a dynamic hypermedia device that assists in the process of writing scientific papers in Spanish. These processes are conceived as social practices linked to specific knowledge and, in this sense, the research is framed in the development of Mediatised Educational Practices. Specifically, it develops the main problems presented by 100 postgraduate students at an Argentinean university in scientific-academic literacy linked to the development of written, research, and digital communicative competence. The methodology follows a qualitative-quantitative approach for analyzing the answers obtained through the questionnaire instrument. The results show that the main problem is the presentation and organization of the information; the lack of academic/specific vocabulary as well as difficulties i...
