In the present study, the control of the pyrolysis temperature was carried out in a gasification process of eucalyptus wood, its prediction is made based on the operating parameters of the reactor to ensure the obtaining of a synthesis gas with the required quality. The results obtained from the mathematical modeling for the prediction of the pyrolysis temperature with the use of artificial intelligence techniques and the development of artificial neural networks are shown, with experimental data of the process. For this reason, an experimental statistical design of type 3n was implemented, with two additional replications, by means of which the training of an artificial neural network capable of predicting the pyrolysis temperature in a downdraft type gasifier with cogeneration was carried out. Wonderful variety fruits of granada was collected in a glass chamber where the gas is injected using ozone generator equipment with flow of 500 mg / h and a digital meter for measuring the ozone concentration. A central composite design rotable (CCDR) was used to analyze the effect of the concentration of ozone gas and storage time (p < 0.05) on weight loss, firmness, shell color, soluble solids, mold and yeasts count, total anthocyanins content and overall appearance. It was determined that the concentration of ozone gas had significant effect on the responses studied variables. The quadratic model provided the best fit of data. Los Lotes de la cuenca Talara, están constituidos por reservorios de gas en solución, son campos maduros que iniciaron su producción antes de la década de 1910 y que en la actualidad representan más del 40 % de la producción de petróleo del Perú. La principal problemática de estos campos es la disposición del agua de formación y del gas asociado que trae el petróleo. El agua solía recolectada en baterías, drenada a pozas API y llevada a pozas de evaporación. Sin embargo, de acuerdo al Artículo 50 del DS 023-2018 el uso de pozas de evaporación al aire libre ya no está permitido, por lo que se requiere de una alternativa para su disposición final. We have built an integrated system of sensors for organoleptic characterization of a liquor distilled from grapes called pisco analyzing its liquid phase in an electrochemical cell, in addition is analyzed its gas phase in a small chamber with the gas sensors. We have designed an electronic nose with 4 gas sensor with different characteristics (Figaro Inc.) and an electronic tongue based on an electrochemical cell with two electrodes of stainless steel with Pt and Au, respectively. The system is composed mainly of gas sensors, actuators valves, liquid and gas pumps that are governed by the P1C18F4523 microcontroller which also are responsible for sending data to the computer. El estudio se inició recabando información mediante entrevistas y filmaciones durante las visitas a la planta, luego fueron analizadas, procesadas y contrastadas a fin de plantear mejoras, dando como resultado un incremento en la producción y en los índices de productividad.
