The industrialization of potatoes in Peru constitutes a business opportunity to increase the supply of processed potatoes, generating added value for small producers. For this reason, it is important to have varieties suitable for frying and thus supply the potato value chain for the processing industry (french fries) and snacks (flakes). Family Procedural Law has been consolidated in the last decade as scholar doctrinary opinions have acknowledged its own characteristics and peculiarities, and the existence of self-governing principles, as well as the requirement to have a judge specialized in this kind of proceedings, with a legal-technical training in family matters, and with a perspective different from the other civil actions. It is important to point out Rogelio Llerena Quevedo’s view as to the role of a judge. He states that: «an unbiased judge interpreting and administering justice could only be taken as one of the best human being. This implies that even if he is the best, he is still human, and therefore, capable of making mistakes. Based on those reasons, there should always be a Code of Ethics as a guide for a good judge».

This article presents some of the results obtained from the analysis performed to the health sector budget. The study focused the analysis in the city of Lima. The methodology not only looks for a discussion of resource allocation in the health sector, it goes further and makes an analysis applying a Public Expenditure Tracking Survey (PETS) methodology. In the present study, the stabilization of horse manure (mixture of rice husk, manure and horse urine) was evaluated through an aerobic process similar to composting. The stabilization process was evaluated in two piles of horse manure for 16 weeks, taking samples every week. A decrease in temperature from 66,7 to 41,0 °C, the reduction of the density from 394,0 to 370,4 kg/m3, the reduction of the water retention capacity from 220,7 to 125,6% and the reduction of the respiratory activity of 9.8 to less than 2 mgO2/g ms/d, were indicators of the stabilization of the horse manure, the easily degradable material of manure and urine were removed by aerobic degradation and washed with irrigation, leaving only the rice husk with a minimum fraction of other materials. Specifically, disposing right standard in the design and the construction of tailing disposals, water managing, qualification and training labor, fauna protection and the good operation of the systems of warning and emergency, all are areas of high-priority attention. The processing parameters that maximize the pulp yield and the stability of the ungurahui nectar were evaluated by means of the Taguchi and Response Surface methodologies. The raw material used came from the town of Yurimaguas, Loreto Region - Peru, and was subjected to weighing, selection, classification, washing, disinfecting, maturing, pulping, refining, filtering, standardized (to formulate the nectar), pasteurized, packed, cooled and stored processes. The author examines how contract theory has developed in the United States, from a rigid and formalistic view to a more flexible approach, embodied in the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).
