El problema de la investigación fue la deficiencia del proceso de gestión de llamadas salientes (call center outbound) de la empresa ValtX. El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la influencia de los servicios ACD bajo Asterisk para la mejora del proceso de gestión de llamadas salientes. en la ciudad de Lima en 2020. El tipo de investigación fue experimental, explicativa, aplicada con diseño pre experimental. En los resultados se realizaron el pre test y post test de los indicadores contactabilidad y llamadas concretadas, se realizó la prueba de normalidad y la prueba paramétrica con t de student donde aceptó la hipótesis alterna y se rechazó la nula. Tutorial support has become more relevant in recent years because of its implications on the socio-emotional and academic performance of students. Consequently, many universities are implementing institutional plans designed to enable students to strengthen their skills and abilities. In that sense, the study seeks to examine the perception of a group of 30 inland students, between the ages of 15 and 18, with respect to the activities developed during the 2014-1 tutorial program. A qualitative phenomenological design was used, as well as focus groups and projective techniques for the data collection process. The results indicate that students view the tutorial program as a space for support and attention, which contributes to the college-life adjustment process; however, they indicate that it should be adapted to the group’s ever-changing needs.

The methodology of the research was mixed. Quantitative and qualitative data were collected, analyzed and linked to obtaining complementary information on the phenomenon under study. We used the quasi-experimental design with pre and posttest design when working with intact groups: control and experimental group. This methodology allows the treatment of the phenomenon from a holistic perspective, by detecting basic and relevant elements in different situations, studying the behaviors of students when confronted with moral situations of conflict with values, and in circumstances that show self-regulation of the behavior to determine the decision or disposition of the adolescents in a rational and autonomous way....

The purpose was to prove the power of retention through the case study method. In order to measure the level of retention, the same test was given three and six months after classes ended. Student satisfaction through the case study method was considered a secondary dependent variable. The quasi experimental design pretest and posttest was applied with intact groups. The analysis unit consisted of an experimental group and a control group of students of the School of Education of San Marcos University (Universidad San Marcos) who are currently enrolled in the course “Methodology of Educational Research I”.

Se estudió la eficiencia de la tutoría en un programa universitario, para lo cual se evaluó el tiempo que demora la entrega del Plan y Guía de Tutoría el 2021-I y comparó con el 2021-II, luego de implementar la aplicación web en Scrum, mejorando los tiempos de entrega, priorizando la labor del tutor. Se utilizó grupos de control, aleatorios y evaluados al final de cada periodo. El método es el bibliográfico documental. Como resultado de la aplicación web, la entrega de documentos pasó de 10 a 5 días en promedio. También, se dispone de información para la toma de decisiones.

El proyecto tuvo como finalidad la implementación de un prototipo funcional de una central telefónica basada en software. Dentro de la solución se realizó todo un diseño y analisis previo para determinar el alcance, se implementó la telefonía IP mediante el uso de software libre llamado asterisk, ejecutándose sobre un servidor GNU/Linux. Como software cliente se implementaron softphones para dispositivos móviles, laptops y computadores de escritorio, teléfonos IP y teléfonos convencionales. También se logró integrar la red de telefonía convencional PSTN con la central telefónica IP.

Objective: Determine the relationship between the tutoring program in the course of full denture and academic performance of the students of a school of dentistry. Materials and method: The study population were students of the seventh cycle of the school of den-tistry of the San Martín de Porres University, enrolled in the course of full prosthesis tutoring program. Five tutorial sessions were needed to meet the academic needs of learning, the most requested sessions were the theoretical 85% (±14,64) the practices were less frequent (14,22 % ±14,64). Results: There was no significant difference by gender. Students who attended the educational psychology service approved 71,55% (±18,56). The present research aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the tutorial program in improving the vocational guidance of fifth-year high school students at the José Olaya Balandra educational institution, located in Iquitos, during the year 2023. The study adopted a manipulative approach with a quasi-experimental design. It included a population of 128 students, of which a sample of 65 was formed, distributed in two groups: one manipulative of 34 students and another support of 31 students. The objective of the study was: To evaluate the effectiveness of the tutorial program in improving the vocational orientation of students in the fifth of secondary at Colegio Mariscal Oscar Raimundo Benavides, Iquitos 2023 School. The study was of an evaluative type, of cuasi-experimental design, with a sample of 145 students (73 in the experimental group and 72 in the control group), who were selected intentionally and voluntarily, with prior informed consent, to whom a questionnaire was administered to measure vocational orientation. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el programa de tutoría del curso de Prótesis Completa y el rendimiento académico de los alumnos de una Facultad de Odontología. Materiales y método: La población de estudio fueron estudiantes del VII ciclo de la Facultad de Odontología de la Universidad de San Martín de Porres, inscritos en el programa de tutoría del curso de Prótesis Completa. Se necesitaron cinco sesiones tutoriales para poder satisfacer las necesidades académicas de aprendizaje.
