The objective of this research is to determine the impact of current research trends on last-mile logistics in Latin America during the period 2003-2022, because it has become a crucial aspect within the supply chain. To achieve this, three specific objectives were established to delve deeply into the investigation. Regarding the research methodology, a systematic review of scientific literature from the Scopus database was conducted, emphasizing current trends such as e-commerce, environmental awareness, and cost reduction. As for the paper information, trends in last-mile logistics currently observed were taken into account, with a large percentage of publications falling into Q1 (68.4%), Q2 (26.3%), and Q3 (5.3%). El presente estudio de investigación está orientado a determinar el nivel de relación que existe entre la Inteligencia Emocional y la Calidez de Atención percibida por los pacientes del Hospital II – 2 de Tarapoto en el periodo de Junio – Agosto de 2017 La metodología empleada en la presente, es la siguiente: El tipo de investigación: Básica. El presente trabajo de investigación es de nivel exploratorio y tuvo como objetivo fundamental profundizar en la inteligencia emocional en el contexto de la pandemia del Covid-19 - 2021, conociendo su origen, proceso histórico y teorías que sustentan los autores fundamentalmente consultados: Daniel Goleman, reconocido por la teoría de la inteligencia emocional y Robert Gardné por la teoría de las inteligencias múltiples. Su importancia radica en la formación integral de las personas, del buen manejo de las emociones depende el éxito de las personas en los diferentes escenarios. Se ha llegado a la conclusión de la importancia capital que tiene la educación de las emociones para enfrentar situaciones de incertidumbre como ha tocado vivir a la humanidad en el contexto de la pandemia del Covid 19.

The Brief Emotional Intelligence Inventory (EQ-i-M20) was designed to assess emotional intelligence in individuals. Its application in educational contexts allows the identification of areas for intervention and development. This study aimed to evaluate its psychometric properties. It used an instrumental design and 500 Chilean university students participated. The factor structure of the instrument was examined through confirmatory factor analysis and factorial invariance tests were performed. The structural analysis revealed that the five-factor model of the EQ-i-M20 showed favorable fit indicators (X²=267.278, gl=160, p<0.001; CFI=0.986; TLI=0.984; RMSEA=0.033; SRMR=0.042). This article discusses an important challenge for Internet governance: the difficulties entailed in articulating the multiplicity of scenarios and contexts that shape it. A “multistakeholder” approach has been posited often as the most suitable path to build Internet governance. However, materializing this approach is difficult because of the possible actors and situations found on the Web. Instead, and building on the notion of cosmopolitanism (Boczkowski & Siles, 2014), this article proposes an alternative framework for studying Internet policymaking. It applies this framework to the Digital Privacy and Security Statement advanced by the Global Commission on Internet Governance in order to show how it can help further our understanding of Human Rights in the digital era. In a public hospital in Peru, users must go to the hospital pharmacy service to obtain prescribed medications, but it has been identified that only 47.9% of prescriptions are filled completely, which prevents the delivery of all the medications needed to comply with the treatment indicated by the treating physician. This reveals a low level of service in the hospital pharmacy, according to the evaluation carried out during the period from January to December 2022. The causes of the problem include the inappropriate prescription of medicines, in the sense that sometimes the treating physician prescribes medicines that are not included in the Drug Formulary approved by the Ministry of Health, which means that the patient sometimes has to purchase the medicines in private pharmacies.
