The objective of this study is to present the andragogical model and its benefits in its application to safety training in Peruvian mining. Based on the andragogical characteristics, this thesis explains the andragogical principles, the importance of adult education, the difference between learning and teaching of children and adults, the characteristics of adults and learning methodological strategies for the effective training of miners. Safety training in this industry is a must for the acquisition of behaviors that can reduce the number of accidents and incidents at work. The investigation is of applied type and the explanatory level; the design responds to the non-experimental design, the population was made up of those responsible for the safety training programs, and the sample was represented by thirty-one training managers and eight andragogy experts. Today, we are facing the fourth industrial revolution, which involves the emergence of new technologies such as robotics, machine learning systems, artificial intelligence, high-performance networks, and multi-cloud, among others. These developments, such as machine learning (machine learning), present themselves as an opportunity for the mining industry. In particular, for the field of Geometallurgy, which requires the integration of predictive models throughout the mining value chain (Geometallurgical Model). This scenario provides an innovative approach to significantly impact decision-making, leading to improved planning and optimization of processes. This article addresses the state of the art of Geometalurgia in the digital age, and presents the technological advances used in the mining industries. Likewise, the current situation of Geometalurgia in the Peruvian mines is presented.

In this study, sentiment analysis was developed and applied to technological products in the Twitter/X social network, also, the opinions expressed by customers were determined and finally the most suitable predictive model derived from Machine Learning was identified. For this purpose, 7102 tweets related to Apple and Samsung products were collected, using the methodology proposed by Erl, Khattak and Buhler which facilitated the implementation of its critical phases. The results obtained from sentiment analysis were evaluated using standard metrics such as Accuracy, Precision, Recall and F1-Score, applied to four machine learning models: K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Logistic Regression (LR), Random Forest (RF) and CatBoost Classifier (CC). Este trabajo de investigación tiene dos objetivos: constatar que los servicios y el sector retail son campos de investigación relevantes en la actualidad a través de una revisión de la literatura y por su participación en la economía peruana y mundial; así como preparar el marco teórico necesario para el desarrollo de la tesis. En esta línea, primero se desarrolla el concepto del retail y los tipos de empresas que participan en este sector; para ello, se describe la adición de valor que las compañías de este rubro proporcionan dentro de sus servicios. Este trabajo tiene como propósito desarrollar un indicador de salud que permita predecir de forma confiable la vida útil de motores eléctricos utilizados en equipos de gran minería, haciendo uso de algoritmos de aprendizaje supervisado. Para lograrlo, se p artió del análisis de datos históricos de operación y mantenimiento, identificando las variables que influyen directamente en el desgaste y funcionamiento de estos motores. COVID-19 has caused an economic crisis in the business world, leaving limitations in the continuity of the payment chain, with companies resorting to credit access. This study aimed to determine the optimal machine learning predictive model for the credit risk of companies under the Reactiva Peru Program because of COVID-19.
