The innovation does not have a model or path previously defined so it is possible to promote the innovation since the demand so a key factor is the big buyer. For this purpose, it is important to generate an environment of collaboration between customers and suppliers. It is relevant to understand the mechanism to do contracts so the key customer could be promote new ideas to solve operating problems and at the same time increase the competitive position of supplier, customer and the country.

La búsqueda de la innovación no tiene un camino definido y es posible propiciar y generar la innovación desde un gran comprador. Para este fin clientes y proveedores deben generar un ambiente de colaboración donde sea posible tener esquemas de sinergias entre ellos. Del entendimiento de los mecanismos de contratación, se pueden buscar mecanismos de generación de ideas de innovación que busquen resolver problemas operativos y que a la par, generen valor al crear productos nuevos, mejorando con ello la posición competitiva del proveedor, del comprador (cliente) y del país.

El presente trabajo se ha desarrollado en la Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Industriales de la empresa Doe Run Perú. Las aguas industriales son desechos tóxicos productos de procesos mineros y concentración de minerales, así como de las lluvias que se producen y arrastran tierra, minerales y rocas. El sistema de tratamiento de aguas industriales tenía deficiencias en lo que respecta a valores altos de concentración, esto debido a una falta de medición y un inadecuado control, esto podría contaminar el medio ambiente trayendo como consecuencia de ocurrir esto, multas elevadas y hasta el cierre parcial o total de las operaciones. Los Guayachos Restaurant y Servicios Generales S.A.C., ubicado en Chachapoyas y dedicado a la cocina tradicional amazónica, presenta una problemática operativa que afecta de forma directa el control de inventarios. Se evidencia la falta de procedimientos claros en compras, recepción, almacenamiento y rotación de insumos, situación que deriva en sobrestock, mermas y caducidades. A pesar de contar con un inventario valorizado cercano a S/ 230 000, la trazabilidad sigue siendo débil y la información no llega a tiempo para decidir con seguridad. In this work we begin by studying the generalized multiplication operator M on the l2(Z). We prove that this operator is not bounded, is densely defined and symmetric and therefore does not admit a symmetric linear extension to the entire space. We introduce a family of operators on the l2(Z) space with n even and demonstrate that it forms a contraction semigroup of class Co, having −M as its infinitesimal generator. We also prove that if we restrict the domains of that family of operators, they still remain a contraction semigroup. Finally, we give results of existence of solution of the associated abstract Cauchy problem and properties of continuous dependence of the solution in connection to other norms.

Although there were some previous pioneering cases, as in the case of guano birds in Peru, most programs and projects were initiated only in the 1960s and especially in the 1970s, when specialized academic training also began.
