Management skills focused on leading, directing, and managing the pedagogical and institutional actions of schools have gained relevance in recent years. The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between managerial competencies and school management in regular basic education. The methodology used was quantitative, basic non-experimental correlational, and we could count on the participation of 80 teachers to whom questionnaires validated by expertise were applied. The transition of the 30S initiation complex (IC) to the translating 70S ribosome after 50S subunit joining provides an important checkpoint for mRNA selection during translation in bacteria. Here, we study the timing and control of reactions that occur during 70S IC formation by rapid kinetic techniques, using a toolbox of fluorescence-labeled translation components. We present a kinetic model based on global fitting of time courses obtained with eight different reporters at increasing concentrations of 50S subunits. IF1 and IF3 together affect the kinetics of subunit joining, but do not alter the elemental rates of subsequent steps of 70S IC maturation. After 50S subunit joining, IF2-dependent reactions take place independent of the presence of IF1 or IF3. Competitive strategy scholars seek to answer three important questions: (a) what constitutes an effective strategy and how is it crafted, (b) how are strategies implemented in an organization, and (c) how can a strategy’s effectiveness be evaluated? Three corresponding themes, namely, strategy formulation, execution or implementation, and evaluation or control, permeate the competitive strategy literature. In this paper, nine issues of scholarly and practical relevance in the competitive strategy domain are reviewed and assessed. Collectively, the nine issues reflect the significant progress made in competitive strategy research in recent years and opportunities for further development in the field. Directions for future research are discussed.

This work investigates the Feasible Direction Algorithm using interior points applied to the Mixed Nonlinear Complementarity Problem and some applications. This algorithm is based in Feasible Directions Algorithm for Nonlinear Complementarity Problem, which is described briefly. The proposed algorithm is important because many mathematical models can be written as mixed nonlinear complementarity problem. The principal idea of this algorithm is to generate, at each iteration, a sequence of feasible directions with respect to the region, defined by the inequality conditions, which are also monotonic descent directions for one potential function. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is essential for the economy, especially in developing countries like Ecuador; To adapt to international demands, this country has implemented policies to attract FDI; However, it has not achieved effective channeling towards the commercial sector. For this reason, foreign direct investment in trade in Ecuador was analyzed from 2016 to 2022. We worked with a descriptive quantitative approach with documentary design and data from the Central Bank of Ecuador and the World Bank that were statistically analyzed. The results showed that FDI in Ecuador presents a varied trend because the trade sector fluctuates with moments of decline and rebound. In this paper it will be raised, contrary to what is suggested by the predominant orthodoxy in economic science, that the welfare of society improves not only controlling inflation but also and possibly more importantly, reducing unemployment. As will be seen, the objectives of reducing unemployment through direct state intervention using activist demand policies, as suggested by the Post Keynesian approach, would not accelerate inflation.
