Constitutional rationality dictates that procedural safeguards will be balanced in order to consider the interests of both parties that in this case are opposed in a controversy. The concept of rationality is analized by the author as a value that goes beyond the scope of the legal right, that is, as a constitutive element of the homo sapiens. This is the reason why the conviction is spread among constitutionalists and legal philosophers that the principle of practical rationality has assumed the rank of constitutional value because of the constitutionalization of human rights. All of this is explained in the prospective of the civil process, where the constituent has instituted the guarantee of the appeal in order to guarantee equality in the treatment for the procedural parties.

Determining the processes capabilities in companies that develop software is an issue that has gained interest because through them they can be classifi ed at a certain level of capability or maturity, depending on the model used. In addition, some companies have a set of established practices and working methods, in the case of Peru is often based on Rational Unifi ed Process (RUP). This paper presents the theoretical evaluation of the processes capabilities in the operation category of software processes model Moprosoft under the assumption that an organization has properly implemented a set of minimal elements of RUP.

Understanding why users continue or discontinue using specific technology is vital for its providers. Existing literature has explored the reasons for continuance and discontinuance by taking into account both rational and emotional factors. However, one question remains unanswered: Why do some users depend more on rational factors for decision-making, while others rely more on emotional factors? This study addresses this question by integrating cognitive decision-making styles and the fear of making incorrect decisions into traditional continued usage models. Data were gathered from 285 TV users and analyzed using structural equation modeling. El proyecto de investigación presente fue elaborado con la finalidad de desarrollar e implementar un Portal Web Administrable que permita controlar las actividades realizadas en la Entidad de Flora y Fauna Silvestre de Piura, así como la consulta de servicios de personas naturales y organizaciones nacionales.
