Más del 70% de la Amazonía peruana está cubierta por parcelas de hidrocarburos para exploración y explotación. Estas parcelas se superponen a comunidades indígenas, áreas naturales protegidas y territorios reservados para poblaciones indígenas aisladas. El Proyecto de Gas Camisea (CGP), que es el mayor proyecto de exploración y explotación de gas en América Latina, ha estado operando desde 2000 en el sureste de la Amazonía del Cusco en Perú, en un territorio históricamente ocupado por las poblaciones indígenas de Machiguenga. The advance of extractivism in Latin America after the boom of commodities has put on the public agenda the problem of the increase of socio-environmental conflicts in the Amazon, in a complex context of renewed disputes between the State, companies and indigenous peoples. This article addresses the discussion between public policy and state responsibility for the case of indigenous peoples in isolation and initial contact in the Camisea Project. Managing stakeholders is relevant for project management, as they affect project results. Likewise, the support of a Project Management Office (PMO) improves these results. This study analyzes the positive influence of stakeholder management on project results, specifically on the likelihood of concluding projects within the predicted time and cost, together with the moderating effect of PMOs. A conceptual model was validated through logistic regression, with data collected through a survey responded by 216 experienced professionals studying in graduate programs on project management. Findings indicate that stakeholder management improves project results in terms of time and cost and confirm that PMO enhances the influence of stakeholder management on these results. Some authors have proposed that project team efficacy influences the success of project management; however, this relationship has not been well investigated. The objectives of this study are to analyze the relationship between project team efficacy and the success of project management and to examine three moderator variables (task uncertainty, task interdependence, and chaos effect) in the relationship between them. This study was based on a sample of 52 mining work teams. The suggested hypotheses were con-firmed, there is an influential relationship between project team efficacy and the success of mining project management, as well as the significance of the moderate variables.

The purpose of this research is to discover the effect of the extent, engagement, and empowerment of indirect stakeholders on the performance of internal strategic projects through the moderating effect of complexity. This research was done in the city of Bogotá in public and private universities from a sample of 356 respondents. The system of statistical analysis used to test the hypothesis of the research was structural equation modelling (SEM). En cuanto al proyecto de consultoría que se ha llevado a cabo para Recidar, encierra un enfoque innovador para garantizar un futuro viable a su compromiso social de abogar por procesos de economía circular en Lima. La iniciativa recomendada se construye a través de la colaboración con diferentes actores clave que permitirán optimizar el alcance y la profundidad de la nueva Recidar. La asociación con actores locales clave es la clave para que Recidar desarrolle una mejor vía para su visión a largo plazo. Dado que Recidar está actualmente atascada con el alto nivel de actividad que se le exige a diario, el trabajo externo propuesto le dará una nueva visión para construir adecuadamente su negocio de modo que pueda resistir a las importantes fluctuaciones del entorno externo en el que opera.

The speed of technological change, the increase in social exigencies, and the need to take good care of the environment, has made evident that engineering graduates must have generic skills of a holistic nature in order to successfully meet future professional challenges. This paper explains the impact of a project-based learning methodology on the improvement of generic skills. The methodology was used in an undergraduate industrial engineering project management course. Measurements of student knowledge and mastery of technical, contextual and behavioral skills were performed at the beginning and end of the course. The Andes is the most biodiverse region across the globe. In addition, some of the largest urban areas in South America are located within this region. Therefore, ecosystems and human population are affected by hydroclimate changes reported at global, regional and local scales. This paper summarizes progress of knowledge about long-term trends observed during the last two millennia over the entire Andes, with more detail for the period since the second half of the 20th century, and presents a synthesis of climate change projections by the end of the 21st century. In particular, this paper focuses on temperature, precipitation and surface runoff in the Andes. Git based social coding platforms (e.g.; GitHub, BitBucket) have been broadly adopted by many open source projects, and have became an important source of technical and social information about software development. That information could be employed for identifying programming conventions used by software development teams. This work intends leverage the naming patterns immersed in a Git repository of source code, for getting word clouds as a summary of it. Git repositories of several open source projects have been employed to evaluate the proposal. The results show significant words mined from the repositories, and frequent implementation features for code artifacts which use these words.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to determine the impact of corporate investments in corporate social responsibility (CSR), measured by the environmental, social and government (ESG) rating, on the market valuation of a firm's stocks and to explain the regional differences in the degree of this influence. Design/methodology/approach: The empirical study uses linear and non-linear panel regression models for a panel sample of 951 firms listed in Asia, North America and Europe operating in innovative industries. Findings: The CSR score was found to be significant in terms of stock excess return on the regional level. However, this finding cannot be extrapolated to the global scale.
