Los edificios de mampostería comprenden más del 50% del parque de edificios de mampostería en Portugal según el censo nacional de 2011. Esta tipología constructiva ha revelado un pobre desempeño durante los eventos destructivos que tuvieron lugar en Portugal en el siglo pasado. Los esfuerzos anteriores para caracterizar la vulnerabilidad sísmica de este tipo de construcción se han centrado principalmente en edificios individuales. En esta disertación, se realizan análisis de costo-beneficio para un conjunto de técnicas de rehabilitación compatibles con edificios de mampostería. Fundamental rights as private autonomy and business freedom prevent individuals from being unjustifiably restricted from doing a risk analysis and regulating their interests as they please. A restriction is only justified when transaction costs are prohibitive, which depends of the agents that intervene on the economic sector where each regulation is directed. In this article, the author seeks to determine the necessity -if any- of Corporate Law in Peru. This paper presents the calibration study of a two - dimensional mathematical model for the problem of urban air pollution. It is mainly assumed that air pollution is aected by wind convection, difusion and chemical reactions of pollutants. Consequently, a convection-diusion-reaction equation is obtained as a direct problem. In the inverse problem, the determination of the diusion is analyzed,assuming that one has an observation of the pollutants in a nite time. To solve it numerically the nite volume method is used, the least squares function is considered as cost function and the gradient is calculated with the sensitivity method.

La presente investigación tuvo el propósito de diseñar un SGSST en Ingesa Norte SA para la reducción de sus costos de siniestralidad, para ello se inició con una muestra significativa de los empleados para realizar una encuesta inicial donde el 84% no se sentía seguro en sus funciones, además, se aplicó el estudio de línea base dando que solo se cumplía con el 20% de los lineamientos para después aplicar la matriz IPER obteniendo un 29,46% de riesgos importantes y un 11,61% de moderados, posterior a ello se hallaron los indicadores de SST(frecuencia(35,61); severidad(968,47);accidentabilidad(34,51)); para finalmente clasificar la causa de los accidentes y agruparlas en un diagrama de Ishikawa, además de hallar unos costos de siniestralidad de S/. 392 913,12. En este trabajo se examinan los diferentes conceptos derivados de la función de producción total y de la función de costos totales. Desde el punto de vista tecnológico el análisis se realiza considerando el sistema tecnológico de Leontief y el sistema tecnológico de von Neumann. Desde el punto de vista económico se asume que la unidad productiva es precio-aceptante en el mercado de factores. Para ello se muestra la “parametrización” de la tecnología, a partir de los procesos de producción, obteniendo la función de producción en el caso de la existencia de un número finito de procesos técnicos. Debido a que esta deducción no he podido encontrar en ninguna referencia bibliográfica, se presenta un breve apéndice matemático. Toda la exposición se realiza en términos muy simples, empleando la matemática elemental.
