La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar las características de las Prácticas Basadas en la Evidencia (PBE) utilizadas por los docentes del programa Learning Support (SST) para fomentar la comprensión matemática en estudiantes con TDAH de 7mo grado de un colegio privado de Lima. Los estudiantes con TDAH son aquellos que enfrentan desafíos en el aula relacionados con sus problemas cognitivos con respecto a la falta de autorregulación y autogestión, interfiriendo con áreas relacionadas con la planificación y organización, la atención sostenida, la memoria de trabajo y la velocidad de procesamiento de la información. Currently, the dogmatics of the special part of criminal law presents an absence of conceptual systems that order the criminal laws referring to the same legal good; as is the case with crimes against patrimony.In the face of this absence, the author proposes to create a system of criminal protection of property under a normative understanding of the theory of crime based on the stabilize function of the punishment. With this, it seeks to formulate a unitary, systematically coherent theory of the criminal protection of patrimony.Only by creating and implementing such a protection system, is it possible to achieve a fair application of criminal law in specific cases.

Metalinguistic reflection (MR) facilitates the analysis and explanation of the structure of language, the comprehension of linguistic functions and awareness in language use. Yet, it has repeatedly been observed that initial teacher training does not guarantee sound MR skills. From an academic task based on forensic linguistics, we carry out a deductive content analysis on 43 speculations, 123 erroneous analyses, and 111 irrelevant observations identified in 25 papers written by trainee teachers , as indicators of deficiencies in their MR skills. The achievements obtained after the systematic review carried out are shown, in which the characteristics of the studies of the life phases of pavements focused on cracking and care will be identified, and the consensus reached. To achieve this, the Redalyc, Web of Science, Scopus and Scielo databases were reviewed, which resulted in 10 articles that covered the criteria of the subject.
