Given that human development is a complex process involving multiple components and determiningfactors, multidimensional indicators are needed. On the basis of the extensive literatureon the subject, we advance two new indicators: the Matrix of Capabilities and Functioning(MCF), and the Algorithm of Human Development (HDA).The MCF is composed of vectors of capabilities and functionings, based on Sen’s idea of RefinedFunctionings. It is based in a matricial framework, both static and dynamic. The archaeological site Huaca Pucllana is located in the district of Miraflores, department of Lima, which constitutes an administrative ceremonial center, corresponding to the Lima culture. Composed of a large pyramid with 7 platforms.The fifth platform is located in the highest part of the great pyramid, these are important because they register architectural elements that are distributed and define the last 11 stages and constructive moments of the construction phase IV, located in the Late Lima period. By way of consequence, the complex political organization of the New World was composed, at the local level, by the Indian and Spanish Councils, the doctrines, and the provincial structures called corregimientos. Although the officials of those institutions received precise instructions, in which the Spanish Crown defined and limited their functions, tensions were common between the Indian governors, the clergymen, the Spanish Councils’ officeholders, and the Spanish provincial magistrates, or corregidores. Purpose: The aim of this article is to establish a theoretical-methodological proposal to study discursive interactivity from a multidisciplinary perspective different from the traditional structural and quantitative media research. The sociological definition of interaction and the basis of discourse analysis –as a theoretical discipline and scientific method– are assumed to propose a concept of interactivity that addresses the double materiality of the term: as a structure and a process. El objetivo de este trabajo de investigaciòn es explicar la palabra y su estructura, y todos los procesos de formación que pueden tener las tres clases formales de palabras que pasan que pasan por un proceso de formación. Los sustantivos, adjetivos, adverbios y verbos que pertenecen a las categorías léxicas (abiertas) cumplen con los tres niveles o rasgos para ser introducidos a la gramática, obteniendo un significado completo y morfológico; asimismo estas dentro del vocabulario pueden relacionarse en función de la semántica, pasan a ser sinónimos, antónimos, polisémicos, homonímicos, paronímicos y campos semánticos. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar la incidencia de la implementación de la nueva estructura orgánica (Resolución N°03-2017-AU-UPAO), en la funcionalidad organizacional de las áreas administrativas y de desarrollo del campus principal en la ciudad de Trujillo de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego. Han participado en la investigación 268 colaboradores administrativos y 02 colaboradores directivos, que laboran en las áreas motivo de estudio de la investigación. During host colonization, bacteria use the alarmones (p)ppGpp to reshape their proteome by acting pleiotropically on DNA, RNA, and protein synthesis. Here, we elucidate how the initiating ribosome senses the cellular pool of guanosine nucleotides and regulates the progression towards protein synthesis. Our results show that the affinity of guanosine triphosphate (GTP) and the inhibitory concentration of ppGpp for the 30S-bound initiation factor IF2 vary depending on the programmed mRNA. The TufA mRNA enhanced GTP affinity for 30S complexes, resulting in improved ppGpp tolerance and allowing efficient protein synthesis. Conversely, the InfA mRNA allowed ppGpp to compete with GTP for IF2, thus stalling 30S complexes.
