Objective: To determine the relationship between competency-based management and job performance of the administrative staff at EPS Seda Huánuco S. A., as of 2023. Materials and Methods: This research is of an applied type, with a correlational level, using a non-experimental correlational design. The population and sample comprised the 57 employees of Seda Huánuco, to whom a survey technique was applied, using a questionnaire as the instrument. To determine the results and test the formulated hypotheses, descriptive statistics were applied for frequency tables and graphs, as well as inferential statistics, where the correlation index was interpreted. The aim of this study was to determine the knowledge of the population of Lima about the professional functions of the veterinarian (VM) A study was developed based on virtual surveys aimed at residents of Metropolitan Lima, in which recognized functions of veterinary doctors were shown. The respondents had to give their opinion if the functions corresponded exclusively to the VM, shared with other professions or if they were attributed to other professions. In total, 671 valid surveys were obtained. The relationship between executive functions (EF), creative personality, and academic performance in Argentine university students was examined. A total of 248 students (M = 22.97 years, SD = 4.43) from various Argentine provinces participated. The Adult Executive Functioning Inventory (ADEXI), the Cognitive Flexibility Scale, the Creative Behavior Scale (ECC), and the Creative Personality Scale (EPC) were used, along with academic performance data and sociodemographic information. Data were collected online through Google Forms and analyzed using Spearman correlations and mediation analysis with robust Maximum Likelihood estimator and Bootstrap. With this objective in mind, the conceptual framework involves the definition of a digital transformation in organizations and their impact on those organizations. This article identifies a new brand function: the creation of intangible assets through associations. It develops branding concepts from a marketing perspective and traces the brand’s evolution from company -centered value to a competitive consumer- focused asset. The analysis focuses on how this function applies within Industrial Property and Unfair Competition law, particularly through Articles 137 and 155 of Decision 486. The feasibility of applying Article 137 is affirmed, while Article 6 of Legislative Decree N° 1044 is considered insufficient for protection. Creating intangible assets via associations strengthens brand equity and supports premium pricing, though its full implementation remains a challenge for legal frameworks in these areas.
