Objective:To identify obstacles and errors that manifest students of the National University of Apurimac –Micaela Bastidasregarding the use of different representations of the function concept. Method:Descriptive study with non-experimental design of simple descriptive type. The collection of information was done through a questionnaire composed of 9 open questions, a sample of 99 students from different careers of the University. Results:Students prevail with the conception of function as an equation. Dado el problema de minimizar una función posiblemente no convexa y no suave en el espacio euclidiano, presentamos un algoritmo abstracto de ϵ-descenso generalizado. Este algoritmo está motivado por la convergencia abstracta de métodos de descenso demostrada en Attouch et al. sección 2 (Math Program Ser A, 137: 91–129, 2013) con una diferencia escencial, consideramos errores escalares en cada aproximación. Como resultado obtenemos, que todo punto de acumulación de las sucesiones generadas por algoritmos que cumplen con las codiciones del algoritmo abstracto son puntos críticos limite generalizados.

In this article, we introduce a regression model tailored for fitting binary data affected by misclassification in the response variable and Berkson-type measurement error in the covariate. The conventional assumption of a normal distribution for measurement error may inadequately represent atypical observations present in the dataset. To address this limitation, our model incorporates misclassification in the response variable and Berksontype measurement error, employing the Student-t distribution for more robust modeling of these atypical observations. This paper discusses the changes to the rulemaking process performed by the National Health Authority (ANS) during a decade, as an expression of the exercise of its health-related regulatory function. Before the implementation of said changes, the initiative for rulemaking was freely taken by the proposing entities. This situation led to an increased risk of mistakes, and the lack of a standardized methodology and an organized structure of the Regulatory Documents (DN) to be approved by the Ministry of Health. For this purpose, examples were developed, which are based on the arguments and criteria assumed and reflected in various resolutions of the Tax Court, identifying, in each of the cases, the harmful effects that could be generated for the taxpayer. In this article, the author makes a criticism of the Crowdfunding Law Regulation Project. The author starts from the premise that, although it is not strictly necessary to approve special regulations for this activity to be carried out successfully, adequate regulation can contribute to its development by strengthening the trust of the investing public in the Recipients and Management Companies participating in the market. However, he arrives at the conclusion that the Draft Regulation suffers from what it labels as a “common mistake”, that is, it is an excessive regulation that seeks to protect the investor to the detriment of the development and growth of the regulated activity. The author ends by calling for the approval of flexible regulations and greater trust in the functioning of the market.

This research addressed the issue of the forecast of the volume of fresh avocado sales of the company Avocado Packing Company S.A.C. by means of artificial neural networks (RNA). The objective was to determine the level of precision of the artificial neural networks used in a forecasting model for fresh avocado exports. Esta pesquisa analisa os principais desafios e avanços no uso de chatbots de IA generativa para a geração de textos com erros linguísticos para fins pedagógicos. Especificamente, ela descreverá a metodologia seguida para a reprodução desses erros em espanhol por meio de textos argumentativos. Esses textos apresentavam erros induzidos com o chatbot, que simulava um aluno real, além de adicionar outra versão corrigida pela mesma ferramenta.
