El objetivo fue determinar los factores que han influido en el trabajo del Comité de Control Interno. La metodología se basó en un diseño descriptivo y no experimental, con una población de 8 miembros del comité, a quienes se aplicó cuestionario para la obtención de resultados. Los resultados señalan que existe alto nivel de decisiones estratégicas respecto a los miembros del comité, al tomarlas dentro de su labor, como en otro ámbito. También, se pudo observar que las funciones cumplidas por estos mismos son satisfactorias al existir una comunicación asertiva en todo momento para el correcto uso y función de cada uno de los miembros respectivos dentro del comité. The authorities in charge of managing our Andean basins work in unimaginable water-powered landscapes from the Peruvian legislator point of view. They should generate and apply peculiar mechanisms. Why? Because the national legislator is traditionally positioned on the coast, a region very different to the Andean highlands and punas. The use of ethnographic evidence coming from a drainage basin in the Central Andes (Mantaro River, Junin) lets me depict in detail how public officers appeal to mechanisms of location, adaptation and regulation in order to adjust the official regulations, to cover the needs of the farming organizations of watering, and to affirm their positions as representatives of the Peruvian government. The aim of the present study was to observe if there are differences in the level of the burnout dimensions between teachers who have experienced symptoms or health problems in the last year and those who have not in a sample of 223 teachers working in educational institutions (elementary school level). Participants completed the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) in its teachers’ version, and a sociodemographic survey. A two –independent t test was carried out in order to see if both groups of teachers differed significantly in the values obtained for the MBI dimensions (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and lack of personal accomplishment). This challenge requires management reliable relationship between actors with diverse and sometimes conflicting interests. The dispute that had place at the International Labour Organization regarding the exercise of the right to strike has propelled the Governing Body to refer the matter to the International Court of Justice, invoking its advisory jurisdiction. This is a serious matter as it reflects a crisis triggered by the employers’ group’s questioning about including the right to strike in the ILO Convention No. 87 and the capacity of the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations to interpret the respective standards. This issue may offer an opportunity to assess the complementarity of labour human rights protection systems and the suitability of the advisory opinion to be issued to contribute to restoring the functioning of ILO methods after this major incident.

The paper aimed to determine the impact of contracting up to 8 UIT on the municipal management of the Chorrillos district during 2022, using a quantitative non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional design approach. The sample, selected by convenience, made up of 70 collaborators from various organic units and hierarchical levels involved: Logistics Sub-Management (22), Accounting Sub-Management (18), Treasury Sub-Management (15), Administration and Finance Management (10), and Institutional Control Body (5). The survey technique was applied, and a structured questionnaire with 25 questions on a Likert scale was used as an instrument for data collection. Introduction: A correct lifestyle is vital in older adults to reduce their risk of diseases and loss of functionality. Objective: To determine the lifestyles of elderly patients in a Health Center in the Peruvian Andes. Method: Observational, descriptive study with elderly patients from a health center. We worked with a previously collected database. Descriptive statistics were used. The study was approved by the institutional ethics committee. Results: Of the 74 patients evaluated, the mean age was 75.4 years and 52% were females. The mean BMI was 24.8 kg / m2 and that of the abdominal circumference was 86.8 cm. 32.7% had a visual acuity of 70 in the right eye and 36.4% of 50 in the left eye.
