The most controversial institution incorporated into the Criminal Procedure Code of 2004 was the sentence of the acquitted, which is the power that the Superior Criminal Chamber has, when resolving the appeal that may have been filed against a previous acquittal sentence issued in favor of the accused (first instance), in being able to amend it in a conviction against this same procedural subject (second instance), sentencing decision that originally could only be questioned by means of the appeal of cassation. El presente estudio se centra en el desarrollo del sistema electromecánico para el funcionamiento de una cámara de bombeo de desagüe. Una cámara de bombeo es una estructura compuesta por varios elementos que cumplen la función de recibir y acumular aguas residuales, para luego enviarlas a un nivel superior mediante un sistema de bombeo. Con la realización de este proyecto de tesis, se busca brindar una solución al problema de evacuación de aguas residuales, desarrollando el sistema electromecánico para la operación de la cámara de bombeo de desagüe ubicada en los alrededores de Villa Chulucanas, Piura. En el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo describir los trabajos realizados como parte de la supervisión del EMISOR TERRESTRE en el proyecto "Provisión de Servicios de Saneamiento para los Distritos del Sur de Lima - PROVISUR”, dicho emisor terrestre recorre los 4 distritos del sur de Lima los cuales son: Punta Hermosa, Puna Negra, San Bartolo y Santa María del Mar. Moreover, a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is a type of sophisticated neural network that has shown to efficiently learn tasks related to the area of image analysis (among other areas). One example of these tasks is image segmentation, which aims to find regions or separable objects within an image. A more specific type of segmentation called semantic segmentation, makes sure that each region has a semantic meaning by giving it a label or class. El trabajo realizado tiene como objetivo calibrar en potencia térmica el núcleo del reactor nuclear peruano RP-10 mediante la técnica de ruido neutrónico, que utiliza la estimación de parámetros cinéticos hallados experimentalmente. El desarrollo de esta actividad se llevó a cabo durante el plan de arranque de la puesta en servicio del nuevo núcleo del RP-10. Para ello, se utilizaron dos cámaras de ionización compensadas (CIC) en posiciones estratégicas dentro del reactor, con la finalidad de obtener en cada una de las CIC, la intensidad de corriente que genera la detección de neutrones. Se describen la historia natural, las alteraciones fisiopatológicas y las manifestaciones clínicas de la embolia pulmonar, su difícil diagnóstico y la importante ayuda que presta la medicina nuclear con la gammagrafía pulmonar por perfusión y por inhalación. Se revisaron los estudios gammagráficos realizados durante los tres últimos años en el Servicio de Medicina Nuclear del Hospital Nacional Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen, cuyos resultados nos permiten establecer criterios gammagráficos útiles para el diagnóstico de tromboembolismo pulmonar. Se concluye que los procedimientos son no invasivos, rápidos y objetivos, muy sensibles a las alteraciones de la función pulmonar y en muchos casos se evita la ejecución de estudios invasivos.
