The present article discusses the constitutionality of the system for eliminating bureaucratic barriers implemented by the Comisión de Eliminación de Barreras Burocráticas (CEB) and the Sala de Eliminación de Barreras Burocráticas (SEL) of INDECOPI. It demonstrates that these entities do not engage in strict constitutional review but are limited to declaring the illegality or unreasonableness of bureaucratic barriers without repealing the underlying norms. Thus, they do not assume jurisdictional functions nor conduct a proper constitutional review of general administrative provisions and administrative acts. Instead, they ensure the legality and reasonableness of administrative regulation, coexisting with other forms of constitutional control such as the popular action and diffuse control.

In this article a case study on the loss of appetite approached from the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is presented. First, experiential avoidance was conceptualized as a transdiagnostic dimension common to various human problems. Then, the story of the participant was reviewed and the assessment of the case was done by the Parental Acceptance and Action Questionnaire (PAAQ) and a record length of conduct, based on all functional analysis of the case was conducted. Subsequently, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) was applied in order to break the avoidant repertoire and route the path of life towards the valued actions, after that three follow-ups were conducted. Finally, the results obtained from topographic and functional successful benefits were analyzed and discussed, contingent on the application of ACT in the field of eating behavior problems.

This paper analyses concessive resources with a mitigating function which are found in argumentative acts in the PRESEEA corpus from Santiago, Chile. Based on data from 36 semi-structured interviews, the behaviour of concessive-oppositional moves and concessive discourse particles in argumentative acts is analyzed, and their sociolinguistic variation is described in relation to the speakers’ gender, age and level of education. The key findings highlight that in Chilean Spanish there are at least 12 strategies that fulfill a mitigating concessive function, among which “sí, pero (yes, but) + negation”, “aunque (even though)”, “no, pero (no, but) + assertion” and “a pesar (de) que (despite the fact that)” stand out. The ombudsmen are institutions that investigate to defend rights. The results of their research produce at least these two effects: the verification of the rights affected or put at risk, and the formulation of recommen-dations to introduce positive changes in functional behavior, norms or public policies. But, due to the treatment they receive from state enti-ties, the nature of a recommendation or its significance does not seem to be clear, and even less the obligations that the authorities have in relation to them. What is the basis of the crimes perpetrated by State officials (special delicts)? The answer to this question was not always important in the history of the penal doctrine, because only from the work of Claus Roxin was renewed the debate on this type of crimes. The different positions in discussion take their arguments back to the very same concept of a punishable act, whether it is understood as the injury of an interest or as the injury to the validity of the rule. El presente estudio se desarrolló con el propósito de analizar los distintos factores actuantes en la serviciabilidad del pavimento rígido de la prolongación Cusco en la ciudad de Abancay teniendo en cuenta el estado en el que se encuentra ante daños existentes. Se empleó la siguiente metodología: el enfoque es cuantitativo y el diseño es no experimental – transversal descriptivo. A sensor based on molecularly imprinted polymers (MIP) was developed for determination of 3-(3,4-Dichlorophenyl)-1,1- dimethylurea (diuron). The MIP were synthesized by free radical polymerization in wich diuron acted as template, methacrylic acid (MAA) acted as functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) acted as crosslinker. For construction of the sensor, glassy carbon electrode was modified with Nafion® and MIP/NIP (non imprinted polymer) to see the contribution of MIP, as a film, in the diuron recognition. Differential Pulse Voltammetry was used to the quantification of diuron in a range of response 0.4 - 1.2 V in a PBS (pH=8). All parameters affecting the sensor were optimized.
