Se relacionó la lógica de la física cuántica con dos textos del escritor Jorge Luis Borges: Tlön Oqbar Orbis Tertius y La lotería en Babilonia. Los temas fueron los siguientes: El mundo cuántico viola el principio de identidad, Borges y Schrödinger coinciden en que el concepto de identidad no tiene sentido para las monedas en el cuento de Borges y para partículas elementales para el físico, pues identidad es diferente a indistinguibilidad, los lógicos Da Costa y Krause esbozan una teoría formalizada para elementos distinguibles como individuos, pero indistinguibles como clase: los cuasi-conjuntos. El fenómeno de oscilaciones de neutrinos ha sido extensamente estudiado experimentalmente y teóricamente en las últimas décadas. Esto no sólo implicó su confirmación sino también la medida de casi todos los parámetros asociados a ésta. Sin embargo, aún quedan pendientes algunas incógnitas por resolver como son la jerarquía de las masas de los neutrinos, la determinación de la fase que viola la simetría carga-paridad, el problema de las degeneraciones, entre otras. Para poder ser resueltos muchos de estos problemas requieren experimentos de gran escala y con la más óptima tecnología para la detección de neutrinos. El experimento DUNE (Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment) tendrá estas capacidades. This paper presents a design for a district of the city of Iquitos, developed based on research by the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and supported by the Centro Interuniveristario de Desarollo Academico exchange programme. The case study’s interest is in the conditions of environmental stress to which the district is subject due to seasonal variations in the water level of the river that runs through it. Under these circumstances, the inhabitants have spontaneously developed resilient settlement strategies which, however, are not sufficient to deal with the serious health and sanitary problems that exist there. The paper demonstrates how, in such situations, it is possible to propose adaptive design solutions which are in keeping with local practices and therefore easily reproducible.

The population genetic variability of the Phytelephas macrocarpa “Yarina” was analyzed using ISSR (Inter simple sequence repeat) molecular markers in 6 natural populations of the San Martín region (Palestine, Caynarachi, Andiviela, Picota, Pachiza and Tocache). A total of 72 samples (12 samples from each population) were analyzed with three ISSR markers: GAG(CAA)5, CAG5 and CAA5. The ISSR markers were polymorphic, achieving a total of 60 polymorphic bands (31 bands were diagnostic). The ISSR markers were useful for the construction of the total genotype, with CAA5 being the one with the most gender bands (21 in total). The results of the correspondence factor analysis (AFC) and the dendogram estimated by the Neighbor-Joining method associate the populations studied in 3 well-differentiated groups, showing us a well-structured genetic structuring and differentiation between them. The purpose of this study was to translate the Bedtime Procrastination Scale (BPS) into Spanish and to evaluate its psychometric properties. A sample of 419 students from three Peruvian universities participated in the study. Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to evaluate the original model of the scale, which initially showed poor fit indices. Improved fit indices were obtained after removing reverse-scored item, χ²(5) = 9.240, CFI = .998, RMSEA = .045, TLI = .997, and SRMR = .013. The internal consistency of the scale, examined using the omega coefficient, was found to be satisfactory (ω = .86).
