Objective: To determine the relationship between competency-based management and job performance of the administrative staff at EPS Seda Huánuco S. A., as of 2023. Materials and Methods: This research is of an applied type, with a correlational level, using a non-experimental correlational design. The population and sample comprised the 57 employees of Seda Huánuco, to whom a survey technique was applied, using a questionnaire as the instrument. To determine the results and test the formulated hypotheses, descriptive statistics were applied for frequency tables and graphs, as well as inferential statistics, where the correlation index was interpreted. The aim of this study was to determine the knowledge of the population of Lima about the professional functions of the veterinarian (VM) A study was developed based on virtual surveys aimed at residents of Metropolitan Lima, in which recognized functions of veterinary doctors were shown. The respondents had to give their opinion if the functions corresponded exclusively to the VM, shared with other professions or if they were attributed to other professions. In total, 671 valid surveys were obtained. The main objective of this research is to determine the basis of the key competencies necessary to achieve the digital transformation of public and private organizations in Peru. With this objective in mind, the conceptual framework involves the definition of a digital transformation in organizations and their impact on those organizations. Secondly, the article presented the results of the exploratory fieldwork conducted through in-depth interviews with ten executives from different productive sectors and analyzed them through content analysis. The aim of the article to demonstrate the necessity of a critical view on the construct of «competence» because of semantic and epistemic gaps. The analysis of the historical evolution of «competence» clarifies its origin and meanings. The epistemological analysis identifies the principle of efficiency as the basis of competence and also of programming and organization of educational process, based on this approach. The result of this double analysis highlights the intrinsic limits of the educational approach by competencies putting it in question.

Competencies in math and science should be developed in teachers to exemplify students. For example, the archaeological complex of Raqchi or temple of the God Weracocha are ruins of the Inca culture. The objective was to find how many inhabitants the Inca citadel of Raqchi housed with mathematical competence, solve problems of quantity and science, investigate through scientific methods in secondary education teachers. The study was qualitative, with a content review and analysis methodology; four teachers from the Canas and Canchis Local Educational Management Unit were formed who solved the problem from virtual collegiate meetings. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la gestión por competencias y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Dirección Regional de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo de Madre de Dios, año 2022. El estudio se basó en la metodología de tipo aplicada, con diseño no experimental de corte transversal y alcance correlacional, en la cual determinó una muestra de 20 trabajadores de la Dirección Regional de Trabajo y Promoción de Empleo del Gobierno Regional de Madre de Dios. Literature as an artistic phenomenon is a proposal to create meaning and negotiate aesthetic values within a community. When this interaction occurs in the university environment, building up meaning is part of the academic discursive practices. Becoming familiar with these practices and successfully reproducing them requires specialized training. This article is based on the theory of critical reading, and presents a systematic and functional methodology to strategically read short narrative literary texts in an early-year college literature class. This competency-based approach privileges the collective construction of meaning and gives the student an active role in their learning. Therefore, it trains individuals capable of reading critically and appreciating an artistic product. We include a guide to commenting on short stories and a methodology for class discussion.
