The determinants of spread are internal variables of each bank, market variables and macroeconomic variables. The behavior of each of these variables on spreads, can determine the efficiency of the financial system. This research seeks to contribute to identifying the central elements of the phenomenon of violence by conceptualizing physical violence. In this way, by identifying the elements for the concept of physical violence, it also identifies the elements for a more general conception of violence and its various manifestations. While it seems intuitively obvious what constitutes physical violence, several ambiguities appear under a more detailed examination. A simple question can illustrate this: are all homicides acts of physical violence? While an intentional homicide caused by a gunshot is an act of violence, is it also a death caused in a traffic accident? There is no obvious answer to this second question. Este trabajo analiza las graves violaciones a los derechos humanos sufridos por adolescentes recluidos en centros del SENAME en Chile, a partir del paso presentado a la CorteIDH. Desde un enfoque normativo y crítico, se examinan tres ejes fundamentales: el derecho a la vida e integridad personal, los derechos económicos, sociales, culturales y ambientales (DESCA) y las garantías judiciales. El análisis identifica omisiones estructurales del Estado chileno tales como la ineficacia de los protocolos frente al incendio ocurrido, la ausencia de condiciones mínimas para la atención médica y la educación, así como fallas en el acceso a la justicia. Si bien la CorteIDH reconoce adecuadamente la responsabilidad estatal, se evidencia una oportunidad perdida para desarrollar con mayor profundidad el enfoque de género. The use of a portfolio was introduced in a first-year course at the University of Concepción, Chile to promote competencies of responsibility and reflection on the learning process. In the study participated 86 students out of the 97 in the group. An induction and detailed description of the objectives and methodology was carried out at the beginning of the course. Two summative portfolio evaluations were conducted during the semester, with feedback after the first evaluation. At the end of the course, an 11-item survey was applied using a Likert scale from 1 to 5 points. The averages of the summative evaluations were compared using a non-parametric test for samples in pairs and the perception survey was analysed using descriptive statistics. El presente trabajo de tesis tiene como objetivo identificar y cuantificar las diferentes alteraciones morfológicas de espermatozoides de Argopecten purpuratus, ocasionadas por el proceso de criopreservación, y relacionarlas con su motilidad y capacidad de fecundación post-descongelamiento. Se utilizaron conchas de abanico maduras obtenidas de cultivos suspendidos de la Bahía la Herradura de Guayacán, Coquimbo-Chile. Se disectó la gónada y la porción masculina se cortó en trozos para liberar los espermatozoides en AMFE. Estos, fueron incubados en una solución crioprotectora compuesta por ME2SO al 10%, 125 mM de sacarosa y 10% de vitelo del huevo de gallina. Se congeló los espermatozoides a una tasa de 8,8 ºC/min. En el año 2001, mediante la Ley N°27495, se incorporó en el Código Civil la separación de hecho como causal de divorcio y la indemnización por dicha causal. Este último tiene una redacción imprecisa, lo cual ha generado diversas interpretaciones para su aplicación. Por ello, el Tercer Pleno Casatorio trata de corregir esta situación disponiendo lineamientos que deben de ser contemplados para emitir un fallo respecto a la indemnización del artículo 345-A. La Casación N°1784-2018-San Martín involucra dos pretensiones legales: el divorcio por separación de hecho y el divorcio por adulterio. La presente investigación surge a raíz de la racionalización constante del servicio de agua potable en el Distrito de Tarapoto, el mismo que solo es abastecido durante pocas horas al día, dejando sin agua a los sectores de la parte alta. Es por ello que la investigación tiene como propósito explicar el impacto del crecimiento poblacional en la producción de agua potable en el Distrito de Tarapoto, periodo 2010-2017. La metodología fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, nivel explicativo y diseño no experimental- longitudinal, el instrumento de recolección de datos fue la guía de análisis documental. La Tesis, tiene como objetivo: Diseñar, elaborar y fundamentar un programa de estrategias metodológicas humanísticas sustentado en la teoría de Rogers. La investigación es de tipo teórica-propositiva. La población y muestra lo conformaron 31 estudiantes y 10 docentes de la Escuela Profesional de Idiomas-UNSM-T. Para medir las relaciones interpersonales se aplicó la escala de actitudes tipo Likert. Los resultados sobre las relaciones interpersonales según los docentes (Tabla 8) fueron: “Muy buenas” el 10 %, “buenas” el 60 %, “regular” el 20% y “malas” el 10%. Por su parte, los estudiantes (Tabla 23) opinan: “muy buenas” el 9,7%, “bueno” el 41,9 %, “regular” el 41,9 % y “mala” el 3,2%. Estos, coinciden en cuanto a “muy buenas” en menor proporción.
