In any research process, as we know, the scientific method allows us to detect problems and set objectives. Actualmente, es necesaria una educación centrada básicamente en el conocimiento, desarrollo y control de las emociones. Mayor aún, al vivir una etapa pospandemia, en la que los más pequeños han sufrido una serie de alteraciones en sus rutinas, produciendo un impacto negativo, en la convivencia escolar. Con lo observado en la problemática, se propuso como objetivo diseñar un programa de educación emocional dirigido a niños de cinco años. La metodología de la investigación es de diseño propositiva no experimental, tomando una muestra a 28 niños de cuyo resultado se obtuvo que el 79% de los estudiantes se encontraban en nivel de inicio. Objective: The effects of an online prevention program on technological addictions and cognitive-affective dispositions in university students during the COVID-19 pandemic were evaluated. Methods: Forty-two students participated in the sample, of which 21 formed the experimental group (EG) and the other 21 students the control group (CG). The increase in stress in the population is present in the classroom and notoriously compromises school learning. The purpose of the quantitative study was to design interactive workshops to reduce stress in children aged 10 and 11, using a non probabilistic sample of 30 students. A questionnaire of 19 items, valid (99%) and reliable (94%) was used. Among the main results, 80% were found to have health problems at medium and high levels. Regarding the school environment, 100% were located in the extreme levels of stress, where more than 60% border worrying ranges. Introduction: Study or independent work is a strategy that students develop to achieve the proposed training objectives. Diverse countries consider independent study as counting inside of credits from the formative program. Material and methods: A transverse, descriptive, and observational study was carried out. The population was composed of 49 students enrolled in the Undergraduate Stomatology Program of the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, in the year 2021. The questionnaire in Google forms consisted of eleven questions and was sent by institutional email. The survey was validated (Cronbach’s alpha = 0.96). Results: 81.6% were women.
