El presente aporte se circunscribe a uno de los más serios problemas de la criminalística peruana, el abandono de la poroscopia, disciplina abocada al estudio de los poros presentes en la piel. Para ello, se efectuó el estudio de la literatura nacional e internacional que versa sobre la dimensión teórica de esta rama del saber y la evidencia empírica referida a su aplicación. Se concluyó que, el uso de la poroscopia optimizaría la identificación personal, al reducir varios de los equívocos provocados por el empleo aislado de los dos primeros niveles de análisis dactilar, e incrementaría la fiabilidad de las homologaciones, motivos por los que la misma debe ser implementada a nivel nacional.

Twenty seven homing pigeons (10 males and 17 females) were biometrically studied and the bilateral symmetry (right-left) level was evaluated. Analysed traits were the length of outer external rectrices, length of the wing and length of the second primary feather. The aim of the study was to check whether there is a relationship between the degree of asymmetry level and general health of the birds (expressed as a measure of body condition). Measurements showed a normal distribution and without differences according to the body condition, indicating a high degree of stable growth.

The purpose of this research was to determine the degree of relationship between Knowledge Management and Job Satisfaction in teachers of the educational institutions of the Initial level of the city of Puno. The research corresponds to the basic type, is descriptive and with a correlational design, the study sample constituted 64 teachers from the educational institutions of the Initial Education level, the information was collected with the survey technique and as an instrument the questionnaire. Objective. Understand the perspective of patients in relation to the current way of obtaining an appointment in primary health care. Methods. A bibliography search was performed in the online databases in Spanish and English. The main source was sought by reviewing the bibliographical references of the publications. Results. It was found that the shift to virtuality has made it easier for users to access a primary health care appointment, reducing waiting time and paving the way for non-face-to-face care; the level of user satisfaction has increased positively. Conclusions. Phone and virtual requests are here to stay; these are not intended to replace face-to-face requests, but they are a necessary tool to improve the quality of care for users.

This paper is based on the premise that parole assumes the configuration of rights and the objective was to reach an approximation to the implications of such a postulate in the Peruvian legal system. For that purpose, an analysis of the national and international literature that deals with the dogmatic and applicational dimensions of these figures was carried out. It was concluded that it is not possible to restrict the legal application of early release, regardless of the seriousness of the crime or sentence imposed, and that the concession factors to be legislated must be based on empirical evidence related to recidivism.

The present research aimed to examine whether perfectionism and some demographic variables can predict levels of resilience (and their dimensions) in adults from Venezuela. The design was cross-sectional predictive, through logistic regression analysis. Participants were 313 Venezuelan mature adults (M = 46.44 years), mostly women (82.7%), residents of the interior of the country (70.9%), with higher education (64.2%), and paid employment (67.9%). An adapted version of the Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (Frost et al., 1990) and the Resilience Scale for Adults (Hernández y Lezama, 2016) was applied via Google Forms. Organization was a positive predictor of resilience and two of its dimensions (OR = 1.13 - 1.27), while fear of mistakes was a negative predictor of resilience and “morality and values” (OR = 0.96). Cancer is the second leading cause of death in Latin America, and the economic cost it requires will increase markedly in future years (1). If nothing is done about it, cancer incidence and mortality in South and Central America will continue to rise sharply between 2012 and 2035 (2). It is expected that by 2030 the incidence of cancer will increase by 32%, reaching 5 million cases per year (1). Objective. To determine the effectiveness of nutritional intervention in beneficiaries of soup kitchens in Lima, 2022. Methods. The study was of an applicative type, specifcally pre-experimental design (without control group) and longitudinal cut. The population consisted of all the benefciaries of the soup kitchens of San Luis. The sample consisted of 110 benefciaries of soup kitchens. Results. The nutritional diagnosis changed positively. Regarding the anthropometric evaluation, the median BMI decreased from 27.95 to 26.04; the MAMC decreased from 30.05 to 28.20 and the PAB decreased from 90.00 to 88.00. La “Tasa Netflix” surge ante la falta de regulación tributaria sobre plataformas digitales en Perú. La SUNAT propone aplicar el IGV a estas plataformas, siguiendo ejemplos de países como Brasil y Argentina. Se sugiere retener el impuesto en la fuente mediante bancos, para mejorar la recaudación y reducir la evasión fiscal.

Hoy en día, muchas personas en Latinoamérica pueden llamarse a sí mismos como “dobles nacionales”, ya que cuentan con una doble nacionalidad, ya sea europea o estadounidense. Pero esta situación, que puede ser ventajosa para muchos, ¿realmente lo es? En el presente artículo, los autores identifican las obligaciones fiscales que tienen los US Persons como una gran desventaja de la doble nacionalidad en los Estados Unidos. Asimismo, propondrán una serie de mecanismos para mermar este inconveniente, como por ejemplo el Streamlined Procedure. Es así que, el presente artículo es de especial interés para el derecho mercantil al aportar nociones significativas para el sector financiero y empresarial.

Objetivo: Sistematizar las evidencias sobre la posición sentada versus decúbito lateral en el control de la cefalalgia después de una punción dural en pacientes post quirúrgicos. Materiales y métodos: El trabajo responde al enfoque cuantitativo, diseño revisión sistemática, población 16 artículos y la muestra de 10 estudios, se ubicaron estudios en la base de datos: Scielo, Pubmed, PubMed, Elsevier, Epistemonikos. Resultados: De 10 artículos investigados, el 70% (n= 8/10) son Ensayos Clinicos Aleatorizados, 10% (n= 1/10) es Revisión Sistematica y otro 10% (n = 1/10) es de Casos y Controles, según el lugar donde fueron publicados los estudios del 100%, el 30% corresponden a Colombia, el 20% a Iran, el 20% a Turquía y con un 10% están España, India y China respectivamente. En la presente investigación, se pretende analizar la jurisprudencia comprendida en las Resoluciones del Tribunal Fiscal (RTF) sobre la cesión de uso de marca en el catálogo de esquemas de alto riesgo fiscal con respecto a la deducción de regalías. Para ello, en el primer capítulo, se explicará el concepto de cesión de uso de marCesión de uso de marcaca y su posible uso elusivo en la deducción de regalías. Asimismo, en el segundo capítulo, nos centraremos en analizar la jurisprudencia de la administración tributaria a través de dos RTF, las cuales brindarán algunos parámetros que sigue el Tribunal Fiscal para determinar en qué casos el gasto por regalías en cesión de uso de marca es deducible.

El concepto de venta puede ser determinado de diversas maneras según la rama del Derecho que estudie la venta; sin embargo, para efectos tributarios, la venta toma otra connotación que intenta ser dilucidada en el presente artículo, en el que se toma en cuenta, tanto la ley del Impuesto General a las Ventas (IGV) como las resoluciones del Tribunal Fiscal. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo determinar la naturaleza del mandato sin representación en la compra de bienes y sus efectos tributarios. Así, se parte del análisis del mandato con y sin representación, entendiendo su mecánica interna y confrontándola en relación al Impuesto a la Renta.En ese sentido, el autor considera que para el mandatario la transferencia de propiedad no resulta onerosa, teniendo cada supuesto implicancias distintas dentro del Impuesto a la Renta.
