El presente trabajo de investigación es un caso de negocio sobre una empresa industrial que expone la propuesta de servicios que le ofrece una empresa especializada en recursos humanos para ejecutar el servicio de payroll en sus operaciones dentro de Perú y así mejorar la gestión de esta área. El caso relata la importancia que tiene para la consultora cerrar proyectos con clientes de empresas grandes, el esfuerzo que se realiza durante las negociaciones que duran casi un año y es donde empiezan a darse las primeras señales de la falta de consenso en la voluntad de tercerizar el payroll por parte de la empresa, así como la determinación de la Gerencia de recursos humanos en viabilizar el proyecto. Este Proyecto tiene dos objetivos fundamentales, los cuales son, trasformar el Gas Natural en Gas Natural Licuado (GNL) y exportar este insumo final a otros países, para lo cual se construyo una Planta de Tratamiento de Gas y un Muelle, lo cual dividió a este Proyecto en dos obras de gran envergadura: Proyecto Terrestre y Proyecto Marítimo.

Objective: Determine how they affect the economic rights and economic security of the cohabitants and their families not being incorporated into a municipal register of unions. And demonstrate the need for regulation through alternative means that can improve the way you test the convivial relationship, could be an ideal means the municipal register. This paper is about a current Collective Labour Law matter of debate, which is the provenance of the extension of collective labour agreements of minority unions in favor of the non-unionized workers. To start, the authors point the constitutional basis of the Collective Labour Law.Likewise, they refer that exists a strong dualism regarding the acceptance of the extension of the collective agreements signed by a minority union. They arrive to this conclusion after reviewing some of the Peruvian Labour case law, as well as some administrative pronouncements on this field. Finally, they conclude saying that is possible that the collective agreement it be extended, provided that the right of union freedom is not affected.

The origin of the ECT dates to the end of the Cold War, where the historical context provided an opportunity for cooperation in the energy sector between Eastern and Western European countries. However, in recent years, the Member States of the European Union have expressed strong criticisms of the ECT, finding it incompatible with the obligations assumed by the European Union in environmental treaties. This articleseeks to analyze the current landscape of ECT disputes, the criticisms that led to a process of modernizing the original ECT text, and the probable outcomes of this modernization process considering the European Union's critical stance regarding the investor-state dispute resolution system. We cannot help but wonder: are we witnessing the chronicle of a withdrawal announced by the European Union Member States?

This paper addresses with the relationship between company unions and the industrial community, insofar as both figures represent the workers' collectivity. The author specifies the differences in the modality of creation, objectives, composition and their normative frameworks; highlighting that the will and obligatory nature in their conformation as a characteristic and distinctive element. Finally, the author emphasizes that their interests may coincide; however, the purpose of the figures is not to supplant or subtract participation from each other. In view of the above, the author emphasizes the importance of both figures acting in a coordinated manner to achieve their objectives.

The article reflects on the roll that has the European Union like cohesion factor, considering that the relations are not limited the commercial plane in a context in which the Andean Community of Nations has had difficulties not only in its process of internal consolidation, but also to forge a common foreign policy. We analyzed the impacts of the regime change in post-2016 Brazil on patterns of activism, based on the case of the oldest confederation of rural workers in the country. Since the end of the 1990s, the National Confederation of Male and Female Family Farmers (Contag) has concentrated its efforts on demanding public policies for family farming, with the participation of farmers in policy formulation. Using two analytical tools (the differentiation between public and semi-public actions and the modes of gathering), we discussed three moments: the impeachment of Rousseff in 2016, the pension reform between 2016 and 2019, and the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020. We saw the removal of the Federal government as an interlocutor, efforts to avoid the dismantling of policies, and the return of democracy as a disputed issue.

La República de Turquía es un Estado geográficamente dividido en dos continentes, pero en este trabajo buscamos examinar hasta qué punto se encuentra dividido, tanto social como políticamente, en dos realidades. Turquía es parte de Europa gracias a una pequeña península en la zona de Tracia, pero gran parte de su territorio se ubica en Asia Menor, controlando, además, el paso por el Mar Negro. Por lo tanto, este país tiene una importancia estratégica enorme en cuestiones geopolíticas. Si bien podríamos discutir el papel geopolítico de Turquía, en este trabajo nos enfocaremos en su ambición por ingresar a la Unión Europea (UE).

La Directiva 2004/35 supone un intento ambicioso de proteger el medio ambienteen la Unión Europea mediante un régimen de responsabilidad de amplio ámbito deaplicación, en gran parte objetivo y con obligaciones relevantes para los operadores, si bien plantea ciertas cuestiones complejas, tales como la identificación del daño ambiental que merece reparación o la forma en que debe repararse dicho daño. Quizás estas complejidades están en la raíz de la aparente falta de aplicación generalizada de esta norma en los estados miembros de la Unión. La experiencia de esta norma en Europa debe servir para que en otras regiones o países puedan prepararse normas que, en la línea de una mejor protección del medio ambiente, sirvan para alcanzar una aplicación más eficaz.
