The best criterion to understand the importance of the right to adequate housing or decent housing is its legal foundations. The problem is that a lot of ink has been spilled by lawyers and judges without distinguishing that when it comes to human rights such as decent housing, there are two types of foundations: visible foundations and invisible foundations. The first has to do with the international and national regulatory framework; while the latter have to do with the moral weight that said regulatory framework has. In the present work, the visible foundations are preeminently exposed, and a preliminary outline of the invisible foundations is left.

El acelerado crecimiento urbano ha limitado la cantidad de áreas verdes en las ciudades. Estos lugares proveen espacios fundamentales para la recreación y el juego de la población infantil. El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar si existen zonas de alta concentración infantil que presentan insuficientes áreas verdes en la Zona Metropolitana de Monterrey. Se utilizó una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo a partir del análisis descriptivo estadístico con datos del censo 2020 y el apoyo de un sistema de información geográfica. Se seleccionaron los tres asentamientos que concentran la mayor densidad de población infantil y se obtuvo la superficie de área verde de cada zona habitacional, así como su proximidad a la vivienda. Abstract The objective was to analyze the organization of the houses in a rural geographical area from the spatial analysis in relation to the location and organizational characteristics in the Andes of Peru, the data were obtained from direct interviews with the families, supported by the systems geographic information through the processing of satellite images that allowed the development of thematic maps for analysis and interpretation. The conclusion in relation to the location of the houses 44% of them are located between 200 to 400 meters away from a water source; while in the organizational characteristic they are very common aspects, three rooms, the calamine ceiling and the construction of the adobe walls.

Habitar contém uma série de mudanças que se manifestam nas práticas cotidianas em que decisões voluntárias são tomadas e condicionadas por fatores externos, como fatores econômicos, políticos, sociais e culturais. O propósito de analisar o habitar como um processo de se tornar presente no espaço nos permite compreender a homogeneidade e a heterogeneidade dos modos de vida, a fim de refletir sobre as vantagens e desvantagens do habitar; e, particularmente neste artigo, a análise se concentra no habitar das mulheres na moradia latino-americana contemporânea, em que a metodologia proposta é a identificação de padrões de comportamento que se manifestam na realidade da vida cotidiana, servindo como guia para melhor propor e projetar desenhos de moradia que integrem as necessidades atuais das mulheres latino-americanas.

This paper aims to discuss situations such as the impossibility of free circulation in the cities, the confining and segregation of the population to peripheral areas, the lack of access to public spaces, and finally the confrontation with police violence as a way to immobilize peripheral neighborhoods, through the basic premise of the need for the real use of the city by its people, and communication as a tool of inclusion and mobilization in public space. Objective. Describe the frequency of use of websites or digital media for the prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases in the city of Cochabamba, Bolivia. Methods. The study involved 303 persons classified according to sex: 156 women and 147 men; in relation to housing: 279 inhabitants of Cochabamba and 24 from other places and according to the degree of education: 208 with university level, 90 with high school level and 5 with other degrees of education. 63 websites were evaluated that met the requirements of having at least a score of 60 points on the checklist. Results. 227 people used the digital media to obtain information on NCDs, 27 used (public) health posts, 32 used private clinics and the remaining 17 people used traditional doctors, friends, relatives or other means. In the present research was determined the effect of using the recycled concrete aggregates (RCA) as raw material in the elaboration of concrete for the construction of houses in the city of Huamachuco. Portland cement Type I, 1/2 "and 3/4" gravel, coarse sand and aggregates of recycled concrete were used as raw material for the design of mixtures, these last replacing coarse sand and gravel in the percentages by volume of 50%, 75% and 100% respectively. Specimens of simple concrete and concrete containing RCA were prepared according to Peruvian Technical Standard 339.033, then the compression test was performed on the specimens after 7, 14 and 28 days of curing, according to ASTM C39, so the concrete containing 50% RCA showed the best compressive strength, reaching 200.18 kg/cm2.
