This study reviews graphic indicators (GI) of homosexuality in the Human Figure Drawing Test (HFDT) which have been described in various texts on projective tests. 36 homosexual and 30 heterosexual men were enrolled, all middle-class and aged 18-50. Each participan! drew three figures (man, woman and themselves). Information from the literature, the Gis from the study, and the expertise of a group of psychologists concerning which Gis describe homosexuality in HFDTs were analyzed. Results show that large differences do not exist between Gis of drawings by homosexual men and heterosexual men. However, three characteristic indicators were found in the drawings of homosexual men (Semi-Nude Female and Self Figures, Female Figure with Cupid Arch Mouth, and Self Figure with Large/ Emphasized Eyes) and one indicator in those by heterosexual males (Male Figure with Empty Eyes). In the sociocultural sphere this is a reality that cannot be ignored; Legally, it has been elevated to the status of marriage in many laws; in the anthropological there are conceptions for and against; and on the religious level it is approached from the vision of the Catholic Church and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Objective: To analyze the evidence of validity of the Flourishing Scale in Peruvian cisgender homosexual men. Methods: Study sample selected through a snowball sampling procedure, using inclusion and exclusion criteria. A total of 307 adults who met the criteria participated in the study and completed the Flourishing Scale. To assess the internal structure of the scale, a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was conducted. In addition, internal consistency and evidence of validity in relation to other variables were analyzed. Results: A unidimensional structure and an acceptable reliability were demonstrated. Most of the model fit indices were adequate; however, the RMSEA was high. Conclusion: It is considered that the proposed model can be used since almost all the fit indices were satisfactory.

The essay examines the queer lyrical creation of the Spanish poet Federico García Lorca through the interpretation of the eleven poems that make up the book Sonnets of dark love. Sonnets that constitute the queer poetry of Lorca, who began to write them in 1935, but which were officially published posthumously in 1984 in the ABC newspaper in Madrid. ABSTRACT In the present investigation we sought to determine the determining factors for the disapproval of gay marriage in Peru. The study was descriptive. The population consisted of university students, parents of the departments of the Costa region, as well as the abundant national and international doctrine, legislation and jurisprudence. Introduction. It is known that doctors’ attitudes towards gay and lesbian people could influence the type and quality of health care provided. However, there is little information in Peru regarding the attitudes physicians have when facing homosexuality. The objectives of the study were to evaluate the attitudes towards homosexuality and its relationship with some variables in a group of physicians at the “Hospital Nacional Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen”, Lima, Peru. Los autores explican que el matrimonio encuentra sustento en varios derechos fundamentales, y que su restricción arbitraria es inconstitucional; asimismo, que el derecho fundamental al matrimonio estaría garantizado para todos y no solo algunos, lo que se apoya en la isonomía y la prohibicción a prácticas discriminatorias por motivos de sexo –incluyendo la orientación sexual. De ese modo, con el matrimonio igualitario (entre homosexuales) se reconocen vínculos actuales basados en el amor, otorgándose a estos el mismo estatus y valor que a las relaciones heterosexuales.
