La Superintendencia Nacional de Registros Públicos (Sunarp) dispuso que a partir del 25 de mayo de 2020 los partes notariales de cualquier escritura de constitución de sociedades mercantiles en Lima y Callao se presenten obligatoriamente en formato electrónico y firmada digitalmente, a través del Sistema de Intermediación Digital de la Sunarp.

La Comisión para la Gestión de la Infraestructura Oficial de Firma Electrónica del Indecopi (IOFE) recuerda a los ciudadanos que, si bien la firma digital generada mediante servicios acreditados por el Indecopi es la modalidad de firma electrónica regulada con mayor precisión en el país, ello no impide que, a mérito del artículo 141-A del Código Civil y del artículo 3 del Decreto Legislativo 1310, otras modalidades de firmas electrónicas puedan ser utilizadas legalmente y admitidas como medios probatorios.

Actualmente, el plagio de documentos digitales es un problema que afecta, en diferentes dimensiones, a la sociedad en su conjunto y, muy especialmente, al ámbito académico. Conociendo las graves consecuencias que puede traer su expansión, se decide realizar un trabajo que consiste en la implementación de un sistema de información que permita la detección automática de plagio en documento en formato electrónico. Se incurre en plagio cuando se indica que una persona es autora de "algo" (ideas plasmadas en documentos) que en realidad no ha elaborado y que ha copiado de otra persona o fuente sin realizar alguna modificación sustancial o un aporte personal y sin referenciar convenientemente a la autora original.

The research uses various theoretical and empirical methods in its dialectical interrelation, which allows one to verify existing gaps in the use and elaboration of concept maps in the teaching-learning process of this subject. El objetivo de este trabajo es determinar las características y diferencias en el uso de redes sociales según la edad y sexo de los estudiantes de la modalidad a distancia de la Universidad Alas Peruanas; iniciamos la investigación considerando que existen diferencias marcadas en el uso de redes sociales en función a la edad y sexo de los estudiantes. Se utilizó el diseño observacional transversal, el método cuantitativo y cualitativo. The passage from face to face teaching to distance learning, as a measure to face the COVID-19, brought about the need for the validation of the tests’ results taken in electronic format. It is considered that students are more likely to commit fraud in tests conducted remotely. The objective of the article is to present the study of the academic cheating as a report to the analysis of the psychometric validity of the tests. Through a bibliographic review, the concept of academic cheating and its types are analyzed. The main methods to detect it are presented, which can be used to ensure the validity of the results in synchronous tests, multiple choice type. The uses, potentialities and limitations of the methods used are described. Finally, the main challenges to overcome to validate the synchronous test’ results carried out remotely are presented.
