For this, it review free software alternatives and analyze the implementation of one of them call Blender. The results it traduce in a high acceptation grade of this software in the students, it can see in the students comment and results of their tests.

El presente artículo muestra en forma general los resultados del estudio prospectivo a las universidades públicas al 2040. Para realizar el análisis se diseñó y aplicó el método Multi–Escenario, el cual es útil para estudios en donde no se puede reunir a los expertos para aplicar herramientas prospectivas. Este método es explicado y esquematizado a fin de que pueda ser replicado en estudios similares.

The article presents the results of a non-experimental, descriptive and explanatory research. This research is related to the mining of text and feelings, for this we worked with all the official speeches of the former president of Peru Pedro Castillo Terrones, which amount to 12 and are in the public domain on the Peruvian state portal. The objective was to determine what the message is behind the aforementioned speeches of the former president. The data were processed in R through RStudio, and the lexicon NRC. The results show messages aimed at transmitting the idea of a welfare state; Therefore, they are not aimed at promoting entrepreneurial initiative in the population, but rather at the state's receipt of resources, especially economic resources, which is in line with the ideology of the party that brought it to power. This paper shows, in a general way, the results of the prospective study to the public universities to 2040. To make this analisys it designed and applied the Multi–Scenario Method; which is useful to make studies when the experts cannot be gathered to apply the prospective tools. This method is explained in order to be applied in similars studies.

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo mostrar la aplicación de herramientas econométricas y machine learning en el contexto de gestión de una escuela profesional a fin de establecer un modelo de pronóstico para series de tiempo que permita determinar la cantidad de posibles alumnos matriculados por ciclo, en este caso se tomó como prueba el curso de Química Orgánica de la escuela profesional mencionada, para ello se probaron tres metodologías: redes neuronales aplicadas a series de tiempos, ARIMA y Holt Winters. During the research development it will appreciate the main criterias to consider for its design, as well as the type of programming will be used. As result obtained a software SCADA whose Human Machine Interface (HMI) will be the contact of man with the process to control.

El presente artículo, constituye la segunda parte de una primera publicación relacionada a la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC) en la Unidad de Posgrado (UPG) de la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial en la UNMSM. En esta ocasión se aborda el siguiente problema ¿Cómo adaptar y validar el SGC bajo la norma ISO 9001:2008 en la Unidad de Posgrado de la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial en la UNMSM? Los resultados obtenidos se materializaron en la obtención del certificado de calidad en dicha norma para la UPG. Los autores participaron como líderes en el equipo de trabajo que consiguió este logro.

El presente artículo, resume una investigación que tuvo como objetivo formular un escenario futurible al 2040 para los programas que fomentan la innovación en el Perú, en el marco de la inteligencia competitiva. Para el logro de dicho objetivo, se consideró una muestra de 10 expertos en el tema de diferentes organizaciones, y mediante la aplicación de entrevistas y encuestas se logró identificar 37 variables del sistema de las cuales 23 fueron consideradas como claves y con ellas se construyó el escenario futurible. Al ser una investigación prospectiva y por ende basada en la consulta a expertos, la principal dificultad encontrada residió en la disponibilidad de estos; sin embargo esto fue superado.

This paper, resume a research that had as objetive build a future scenario to 2040 for programs that promote the innovation in Perú, inside the competitive intelligence. In order to achieve this goal, it considered a simple of 10 experts of differents organizations, and Through the implementation of interviews and surveys It was possible to identify 37 variables of the system, of which 23 were considered as keys, and with them built the future scenario. It’s a prospective research, therefore based on consultation with experts, the main difficulty encountered he resided in the availability of these; however, this was solved.
