The research work is developed from a perspective of social reality that was displaced by an institution as important as the Testament, and in everyday reality the simulation that consists in opting for living donation is used. This essay reflects the Grace from a theology perspective in order to raise awareness about its importance in the Christian’s life and discover that God is always helping us with his Grace. Its understanding is addressed in the Old Testament, where it does not appear explicitly the concept of Grace, but there are elements that allow us to recognize it as Divine Grace, especially the covenant that God established with his chosen people. In the New Testament this understandingis specified from the very preaching and action of Jesus. All this way leads us to recognize that God from his infinite love continues helping us with his Grace, but always respecting our freedom, even in moments when we feel that God seems to be absent from our lives.

The testamentary act is the manifestation of will of the testator by which he arranges his assets in a total o partial way for after his death. Therefore, the interpretation of this act is a resource to establish the sense to the will of the testator, resorting to the general rules of interpretation of the second book of the Civil Code dedicated to the juridical activity, which are developed by the author in the following lines.

La presente investigación versa sobre la relación epistolar que mantuvieron Luis E. Varcárcel, William Cameron Townsend1 (Tío Kam), Elaine, su esposa, y Margot, hija del ilustre Amauta. El primero fue quien facilitó el establecimiento del Instituto Lingüístico de Verano (ILV) y, el segundo, fue el fundador de dicha institución en Yarinacocha (Pucallpa, Perú). El ILV se creó a mediados de los años treinta. Primero se creó Traductores de la Biblia Wycliffe y después el ILV, por iniciativa de Richard Legster y William Cameron Townsend, respectivamente. Estas instituciones fueron dependientes de la Iglesia Bautista del Sur en los Estados Unidos. La finalidad era preparar jóvenes para enviarlos a más de dos mil tribus del mundo para que se pueda tener nociones de la Biblia, himnos cristianos y literatura. Asimismo, traducirles el Nuevo Testamento en su propia lengua2.

La investigación tiene como objetivo determina la influencia de la división y partición de bienes en la declaración de herederos en la ausencia de testamento. Se utilizó para alcanzar dicho objetivo el método descriptivo Expost-Facto y un diseño no experimental, asimismo la población objeto estuvo constituida por 130 Jueces, 220 Abogados y 100 Notarios Públicos de Lima Metropolitana.

The topic discussed was the constitutional protection filed by the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru against the judgment of the Eighth Civil Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima, which was declared unfounded. The debate focuses on how the decision of the majority of the magistrates has been. The present work presents the last will of Gómez Suárez de Figueroa, Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, first Peruvian humanist, through the testaments and codicils written in 1616, the last year of his life, and which were found by record keeper Ricardo Gómez y Sánchez in the protocols files of the Cathedral of Córdoba, along with the inventory of assets and a memorial, being published more than a Century ago, in 1908, by Manuel González de la Rosa, but which lack a study from a juridical point of view.Along its analysis attention is drawn to its formal similarity to testamentary models registered starting in the first half of the 17th Century, as well as to its peculiarities in terms of content, to then close with its transcription.

The intention of this brief article is to give some notions about God as "teacher" according to the information provided to us by the Holy Scriptures. In the Old Testament God is thegenuine educator of his people. On the other hand, in the New Testament, Jesus- the lncarnate Word- completes the educational work of God, becoming the master teacher.
