description La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo “Determinar la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en pacientes con diabetes Mellitus tipo 2 del Centro de salud Pachacamac - Lima, 2022.” Metodología: enfoque cuantitativo, diseño observacional corte transversal, nivel descriptivo y tipo básico. 100 pacientes diagnosticados con DM2 fueron tomados como muestra; a su vez llevan tratamiento farmacológico en el centro de salud Pachacamac, y su selección fue producto de un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Instrumento: cuestionario que mide adherencia farmacológico, mismo que fue validado y presentó consistencia interna (alfa=0,852). Resultados: Factores socioeconómicos fueron relevantes para que el paciente sea adherente al tratamiento farmacológico, (56% no adherentes). Factores relacionados al paciente fueron relevantes para adherirse a la terapia farmacológico, (60% no adherentes). Factores relacionados al sistema de atención sanitaria fueron relevantes a la adherencia del tratamiento farmacológico, (55% adherentes). Factores relacionados con el tratamiento fueron relevantes para la adherencia en el tratamiento farmacológico, (79% no adherentes). Por último, factores que estaban relacionados a la enfermedad también fueron relevantes para que el paciente con DM2 se adhiera a su tratamiento farmacológica, (97% no adherentes). Conclusión: 80% de los pacientes con DM2 del Centro de salud Pachacamac no son adherentes al tratamiento farmacológico
