El presente trabajo tiene como Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de estrés laboral en enfermeras del servicio de emergencia del hospital de ventanilla – 2021. Metodología: Cuantitativa, de corte transversal no experimental, descriptivo. Muestra se conformó 30 enfermeras del servicio de emergencia del hospital de ventanilla. La recolección de datos se realizó con el cuestionario de Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), modificado y validado por 5 jueces expertos con V Aiken mayor que 0.60 y la confiabilidad en Alfa de Cronbach 0.807. Resultados: El 80% de encuestadas tienen un nivel medio de estrés laboral, mientras que el 10% (3) tiene nivel alto y el 3(10) nivel bajo. En la dimensión agotamiento emocional el 45%(14) de encuestadas tienen un nivel medio de estrés laboral, seguido de nivel bajo con 45%(14) y un 10%(2) nivel alto. En la dimensión realización personal el 75%(23) de encuestadas tienen un nivel alto de estrés laboral, mientras que el 20%(6) nivel medio y el 5%(1) nivel bajo. En la dimensión de despersonalización el 65%(20) de encuestadas tienen un nivel bajo de estrés laboral, mientras que el 25%(8) nivel medio y el 10%(2) nivel bajo. Conclusiones: El 80% de las enfermeras del servicio de emergencia tienen un nivel medio de estrés laboral. |

The methodology is quantitative approach, non-experimental and descriptive cross-sectional control. The sample made up of 30 nurses from the emergency area service of the Ventanilla hospital. To perform the data collection, the instrument, Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), was used, which was modified and validated by 5 expert judges with V Aiken greater than 0.60 and the reliability in Cronbach's Alpha 0.807. The results were that 80% of respondents have a medium level of work stress; while 10% (3) have a high level of stress and 3 (10) have a low level of stress. In the dimension of emotional exhaustion, 45% (14) of respondents have a medium level of work stress, followed by a low level with 45% (14) and 10% (2) with a high level of stress. On the other hand, in the dimension, personal fulfillment, 75% (23) of respondents have a high level of work stress, while 20% (6), a medium level and 5% (1) a low level. Finally, in the dimension of depersonalization, 65% (20) of respondents have a low level of work stress, while 25% (8) a medium level and 10% (2) a low level.
