El método usado fue de tipo cuantitativo, no experimental, correlacional; la población estuvo conformada por 80 trabajadores asistenciales y de servicios generales. La técnica de recolección de información fue de encuesta mediante el instrumento tipo cuestionario. Los resultados fueron que sí existe una alta relación significativa; sin embargo un porcentaje también significativo manifestó su indecisión. La prueba estadística de correlación de Somers muestra coeficiente de correlación de 0,845 entre el clima laboral con las relaciones interpersonales y un nivel de significancia de 0,00 por lo que se rechaza la hipótesis nula.
