AL AÑO 2020”, tiene como objetivo describir los beneficios que generó el Business Intelligence en la Startup peruana Joinnus S.A.C. al año 2020. Permitiendo resolver al objetivo general del problema de investigación para describir: ¿Cuáles son los beneficios que generó el Business Intelligence en la Startup peruana Joinnus S.A.C. al año 2020? La metodología aplicada es tipo de investigación básica, enfoque cualitativo, de diseño fenomenológico y nivel descriptivo. La población está conformada por 20 trabajadores que se integraron en los últimos años a la empresa, por lo que la muestra a entrevistar se realizó al Director, Gerente General y el Ejecutivo de Marketing. La técnica de recolección de datos que se ha utilizado fue la entrevista, compuesta por 25 preguntas, donde se evaluaron cuatro categorías considerando las características del Business Intelligence que son: Planificación, Innovación, Competitividad e Internacionalización, y el instrumento aplicado fue la guía de entrevista semiestructurada, así mismo se sometió a juicio de expertos para comprobar la consistencia y fiabilidad. Dentro de las principales limitaciones que se destaca en el proceso de la investigación es la recopilación de datos, siendo el principal componente, debido a que por motivos de la pandemia a nivel internacional se ha visto afectado en muchos aspectos, dado que la entrevista no ha sido de manera presencial por motivos de riesgos de salud o contratiempos que se generen por parte del investigador como de los entrevistados. Los resultados serán expuestos mediante la interpretación y categorización de las respuestas obtenidas, donde se han determinado que los beneficios de Business Intelligence en la empresa Joinnus S.A.C. simplifica la búsqueda de identificación de datos dando respuesta a la investigación en estudio.

IN THE YEAR 2020” and to effectively answer the question: What are the benefits? The methodology applied is basic research type, qualitative approach, phenomenological design, and descriptive level. The population consisted is 20 workers who joined the company in the last few years, so the sample to be interviewed is composed of the Director, General Manager, and Marketing Executive. The data collection technique used was an interview, composed of 25 questions, where four categories were evaluated considering the characteristics of Business Intelligence, which are: Planning, Innovation, Competitiveness, and Internationalization, and the instrument applied was the semi-structured interview guide, likewise it was submitted to expert judgment to check consistency and reliability. Among the limitations that already currently exist with the research process; the data collection was also impacted as the global pandemic of the Covid-19 virus affected the way the interview was done. The interview was not done in person due to the health risks involved or setbacks that arose from the researcher and the interviewees.
