Sumario:The objective of the study is to identify which are the luminaires that generate a high consumption of electrical energy in the television studios at the INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE RADIO Y TELEVISIÓN DEL PERÚ (IRTP) in order to find the best alternative to make a change in the lighting system, for which a technical-economic analysis was carried out and it was determined that the led lighting system fulfills 3 main characteristics for its implementation, which are: longer life, lower electricity consumption and requires less maintenance. The methodology that was used was an applied research due to its level of depth in its costs. A quantitative study was carried out that contrasts with the descriptive hypothesis. The interview was applied as a primary source to obtain information about the new system. Through the KR20 formula and the LIKERT scale, they were used to analyze the reliability of the luminaires for the implementation of the LED lighting system. Finally, it was determined that this implementation of the change of the LED lighting system allows us to save on electricity consumption, which is reflected in an annual saving of S/.72879.20 soles, achieving full recovery of the implementation in 5 years. In addition to contributing to the environment by reducing the emission of CO2 into the atmosphere.
