description El objetivo de la presente tesis, es demostrar la relación que tiene un sistema integrado de gestión y la responsabilidad social empresarial, en la constructora Inversiones y Contratistas GRUPO7 S.A.C. En la cual, se han identificado diversos problemas, tales como la falta de una política objetiva que asegure que la empresa brinda las condiciones mínimas necesarias de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, además no se desarrollan competencias para la toma de conciencia medioambiental en los colaboradores, como tampoco se garantiza la participación y consulta en temas referentes a la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, antisoborno y medioambiental. Esta investigación busca confirmar la relación que existe entre un sistema integrado de gestión y la responsabilidad social empresarial. El tipo de la presente investigación es experimental, nivel descriptivo y con un enfoque cuantitativo. La técnica empleada para la recolección de información son la entrevista y la revisión documentaria, donde se analizará información referente a la situación pre y post implementación del SIG. Posterior a la implementación del sistema integrado de gestión, en respuesta al objetivo general de la investigación, se concluye que la implementación de un SIG tiene una relación directa con la responsabilidad social empresarial, ya que, en promedio, el 95.34% de los colaboradores, tienen una conciencia medioambiental, en prevención de riesgos y accidentes y en la detección de comportamientos vinculados al soborno.

In which, various problems have been identified, such as the lack of an objective that ensures that the company provides the minimum necessary conditions of safety and health at work, in addition, no competencies are developed for environmental awareness in employees, nor is participation and consultation on issues related to occupational health and safety, anti bribery and the environment guaranteed. This research seeks to confirm the relationship between an integrated management system and corporate social responsibility. The type of the present investigation is experimental, descriptive level and with a quantitative approach. The technique used for the collection of information is the interview and the documentary review, where information regarding the situation before and after the implementation of the GIS will be analyzed.
