Sumario: | At the faculty of Engineering of the “Universidad Privada del Norte”, it was observed that the queries or doubts of the students about their academic processes, not only were answered in a slow way and generated queues, but also the information provided was not always the most reliable and this generated that the students have to make the query more than once. therefore, our objective was to determine the influence of an intelligent agent in the communication of academic processes of the engineering faculty of the “Universidad Privada del Norte”, San Isidro Trujillo headquarters in the year 2019. As a solution to the problem, the processes were analyzed and documented, which were the input values for training the intelligent agent. Two measurements were made, before using the agent and after using the agent in order to establish the best percentage in the effectiveness of the communication of academic processes. The results we obtained after using the agent of the efficiency in the communication of academic processes went from 46% to 55%, in addition the reliability was increased from 71% to 96%, and the time spent in the queries was reduced in 96% It was concluded that the intelligent agent has a positive influence on the communication of academic processes of the engineering faculty of the “Universidad Privada del Norte”, because the effectiveness had an increase of 9%, the reliability of 15% and the time was reduced 96%. |
