description RESUMEN Esta investigación tiene como objetivo conocer las condiciones del distrito de Moche para la implementación de un parque temático turístico. La investigación realizada es no experimental transversal descriptiva. Para poder realizarla se recolectaron datos del INEI acerca del paisaje rural y urbano en el distrito, y para poder saber el nivel de aceptación de la creación de un parque temático se realizó una encuesta a los pobladores del distrito, basándose en las condiciones rurales y urbanas. En los resultados obtenidos se resalta la importancia de implementar este tipo de entretenimiento y el efecto multiplicador que generará en Moche a su vez se da a conocer que el distrito cuenta con las condiciones necesarias para implementar el parque temático. Como recomendación principal se debería realizar un estudio de mercado, para poder garantizar el éxito de este proyecto, fomentar el interés en los pobladores en la ejecución del trabajo y realizar un estudio de impacto ambiental que permita realizar el proyecto sin afectar al medio ambiente.

En los resultados obtenidos se resalta la importancia de implementar este tipo de entretenimiento y el efecto multiplicador que generará en Moche a su vez se da a conocer que el distrito cuenta con las condiciones necesarias para implementar el parque temático. Como recomendación principal se debería realizar un estudio de mercado, para poder garantizar el éxito de este proyecto, fomentar el interés en los pobladores en la ejecución del trabajo y realizar un estudio de impacto ambiental que permita realizar el proyecto sin afectar al medio ambiente.ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to determinate the conditions of the Moche district for the implementation of a tourist theme park. The research is not descriptive cross-sectional experimental. To be able to do this, the INEI data was collected near the rural and urban landscape in the district, and in order to know the level of acceptance of the creation of a theme park, a survey was carried out among the residents of the district, based on the conditions Rural and urban. The results obtained highlight the importance of implementing this type of entertainment and the multiplier effect that are generated in Moche once more a visit that the district has the necessary conditions to implement the theme park.
