description Esta investigación tiene el propósito de diseñar la estructura organizacional basada en el modelo de Mintzberg en la empresa Telecable Chiclin del Valle S.A.C. Para esto se procedió a elaborar el cuestionario dirigido al total de nuestra muestra que son los 32 trabajadores, sin dejar de evaluar a cada uno de las intenciones por la población. En dicho instrumento se empleó la escala de Likert y se determinaron las frecuencias con los 4 criterios utilizados, tomando como tendencias negativas las opciones (1) y (2), tendencia media la opción (3) y tendencia positiva las opciones (4) y (5). Asimismo, este cuestionario presenta 13 ítems correspondientes a la variable estudiada. Por otro lado, el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach es de 0.854 dentro del rango es muy aceptable para este instrumento. De acuerdo a los resultados, se identificó la estructura organizacional actual alineada a dicho modelo, y las estructuras que no están presentes son estructura Burocracia Profesional y estructura Divisional, las estructuras presentes son Burocracia Mecánica con 10%, Adhocracia con 4% y la estructura Simple con 55%. Para Mintzberg (2007) una estructura organizacional tiene un rol importante ya que implica un diseño formal de procedimientos dentro de la empresa para lograr sus objetivos
