La presente investigación, se realizó en función al manejo en recursos humanos del liderazgo situacional, como una de las herramientas que poseen las organizaciones para la mejora del desempeño de los trabajadores en relación al clima laboral, que a su vez repercute en la productividad. Siendo, el objetivo general: Determinar la relación entre el liderazgo situacional y el clima laboral de una empresa minera, la Libertad en el año 2020, trabajando bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo correlacional, con un diseño no experimental. Comprendiendo a una población de 118 colaboradores, donde se estableció, mediante muestreo no probabilístico, dos subgrupos conformada 18 ingenieros y 100 operarios, aplicando dos instrumentos para cada variable, tanto para liderazgo situacional y el referido a clima laboral respectivamente. Obteniendo; la existencia de una correlación muy significativa (p<.01), positiva y en grado medio, entre liderazgo situacional y clima laboral en una empresa minera, La Libertad – 2020. Así mismo, el nivel de liderazgo situacional de los ingenieros que cumplen el rol de supervisores se manifestó en un nivel efectivo al 61 %, seguido por un 17% que evidenció un nivel alto; y el 5 % denotó un nivel inefectivo. |

Being, the general objective: Determine the relationship between situational leadership and the work environment of a mining company, in Libertad - 2020, working under the quantitative, correlational approach, with a non-experimental design. Comprising a population of 118 collaborators, where two subgroups made up of 18 engineers and 100 operators were established through non-probabilistic sampling, applying two instruments for each variable, both for situational leadership and that referred to work environment respectively. Getting; the existence of a very significant correlation (p<.01), positive and to a medium degree, between situational leadership and work environment in a mining company, La Libertad - 2020.
