description La presente investigación se realizó con la finalidad de diseñar un mercado minorista. Trujillo cuenta con mercados sin embargo estos posen problemas tanto arquitectónicos, ambientales y de salubridad. El proyecto se planteó en el distrito el porvenir, ya que en la actualidad los mercados existentes no cubren la demanda de su población, así mismo una proyección al año 2051 la hace apta para un mercado minorista. Este proyecto contara con sistemas de ventilación pasivo asegurando el confort tanto en verano como en invierno, además este sistema renovara el aire constantemente dentro del mercado con la finalidad de tratar con problema de malos olores, salubridad y humedad. La metodología utilizada aborda en primera instancia la revisión de objetos arquitectónicos, esto permite entender el equipamiento y los problemas y soluciones que aborda. El análisis nos arroja lineamientos propios del objeto arquitectónico y nos permite determinar si la variable tiene relación. Finalmente, según el análisis previo, se logra determinar los lineamientos finales ideales para el proyecto arquitectónico, estos comparados previamente con los lineamientos técnicos y teóricos que serán aplicados en la propuesta donde se abordan sistemas de ventilación pasiva en la renovación del aire.

Trujillo has markets, however these have architectural, environmental and health problems. The project was raised in El Porvenir district, since the existing markets do not cover the demand of its population. In this way, when a projection is made to 2050, it makes it suitable for a retail market. This project will have passive ventilation systems, ensuring comfort both in summer and winter. In addition, this system will constantly renew the air within the market in order to deal with the problem of bad odors, health and humidity. The methodology used addresses, in first instance, the review of architectural objects, which allows understanding the equipment, the problems and solutions it addresses. The analysis throws guidelines of the architectural object and allows to determine if the variable is related.
