description El objetivo de la presente investigación es establecer la incidencia que tiene un control de inventarios en la gestión financiera de la empresa RUST-OLEUM PERU S.A.C., empresa dedicada a la comercialización de productos de revestimientos y pinturas Premium para consumidores e industrias, ubicado en el distrito de Miraflores. Teniendo en cuenta como principal debilidad de la empresa, la falta de toma de inventarios físicos, los mismos que no cuadran a la hora de hacer el cruce de información con la contabilidad de la empresa, debido a esa problemática se realizan ajustes en la parte contable, para poder cubrir los faltantes o sobrantes del kardex valorizado. La valoración del control de inventarios radica, en la obtención de utilidades, que es el fin de toda empresa, y dichas utilidades son el resultado de una adecuada gestión financiera en la empresa. Por consiguiente, la importancia del control de inventarios y la relación directa que tiene con la gestión financiera. La realización del trabajo de campo se efectúa bajo los pilares de las hipótesis, para descartar o aseverar la problemática del presente trabajo de investigación. Desarrollando una investigación no experimental, puesto que solo se observa la realización de las actividades de la empresa.

Taking into account as the main weakness of the company, the lack of taking physical inventories, the same ones that do not fit when crossing information with the company's accounting, due to this problem adjustments are made in the accounting part, in order to cover the missing or surplus of the valued kardex. The valuation of inventory control is based on obtaining profits, which is the purpose of any company, and these profits are the result of adequate financial management in the company. Therefore, the importance of inventory control and the direct relationship it has with financial management. The field work is carried out under the pillars of the hypotheses, to rule out or assert the problems of the present research work.
