La población o universo de esta investigación, estuvo conformada por 30 trabajadores de la empresa Import & Export IZAM SAC, Lima 2021, de las cuales se han empleado las variables: La gestión del talento humano y el Desempeño Laboral. El instrumento utilizado fue cuestionarios virtuales Google forms, constituidos por 20 preguntas cada uno. Los resultados adquiridos a través de la investigación, determinaron que existe significativa relación entre la gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral entre los trabajadores de la empresa Import & Export IZAM SAC, con un nivel de significancia bilateral de 0.000 < 0.05; con un grado de correlación de rho = 0.473. Por lo tal se concluyó que existe un nivel regular de gestión del talento humano y nivel medio de desempeño, es decir, a mayor nivel de gestión del personal mayor será su nivel de desempeño.

The research methodology used was non-experimental, descriptive and correlational, with a quantitative and cross-sectional approach. The population or universe of this research consisted of 30 workers of the company Import & Export IZAM SAC, Lima 2021, of which the following variables were used: human talent management and work performance. The instrument used was virtual questionnaires Google forms, consisting of 20 questions each. The results acquired through the research determined that there is a significant relationship between human talent management and work performance among the workers of the company Import & Export IZAM SAC, with a bilateral significance level of 0.000 < 0.05; with a degree of correlation of rho = 0.473.
