El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo el determinar la relación entre dos variables, el dolor lumbar (DL) y el nivel de actividad física (NAF) aplicado en estudiantes de internado de un centro particular en neurorehabilitación, Lima 2023. La metodología utilizada fue un estudio descriptivo correlacional, de enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo constituida por 50 estudiantes y los instrumentos utilizados fueron la Escala Analógica Visual y el IPAQ. Respecto a los resultados de DL, el 40% de estudiantes presentó dolor leve y el 58% dolor moderado. En cuanto al NAF, el 58% se encuentra con un NAF baja; el 36% con un NAF media y sólo el 6% con un NAF alta. De tal manera; el nivel de significancia entre ambas variables tanto el DL como el NAF fue significativo con un p valor calculado p= <.001 El presente estudio concluyó en que las variables de este estudio tanto la antecesora como la consecuente, presentan un nivel significativo entre ambas. Observándose que existe una mayor población que se encuentran con un bajo rendimiento de actividad física y que este afecta tu estado físico. |

The methodology used was a descriptive correlational study, with a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 50 students and the instruments used were the Visual Analogue Scale and the IPAQ. Regarding the DL results, 40% of students presented mild pain and 58% presented moderate pain. Regarding NAF, 58% have a low NAF; 36% with a medium NAF and only 6% with a high NAF.
