La muestra estuvo integrada por 123 mujeres que asistieron a consulta por violencia doméstica en Centros de Salud Mental Comunitarios. La escala de resiliencia de Wagnild y Young (ER) y el cuestionario de calidad de vida WHOQOLBREF fueron los instrumentos aplicados para el objetivo de esta investigación basadas en un diseño no experimental; de corte transversal y descriptivo - correlacional. Se encontró una correlación directa y significativa entre las variables, comprobando la hipótesis que, a más resiliencia, mejora la percepción de calidad de vida de las mujeres violentadas en sus hogares. Adicionalmente, se concluye que las variables de Resiliencia, Aceptación con uno mismo y Competencia personal, tienen una mayor correlación con la dimensión psicológica de Calidad de vida.The objective of the research is to relate Resilience and Quality of life in women aged 18 to 60, victims of domestic violence in the city of Trujillo-Peru. The sample consisted of 123 women who attended a consultation for domestic violence in Community Mental Health Centers. The Wagnild and Young (ER) resilience scale and the WHOQOLBREF quality of life questionnaire were the instruments applied for the objective of this research based on a non-experimental design; cross-sectional and descriptive - correlational. A direct and significant correlation was found between the variables, confirming the hypothesis that, with more resilience, the perception of quality of life of women who have been raped in their homes improves.
