Métodos: Estudio transversal basado en datos secundarios de la Encuesta Demográfica y de Salud Familiar de Perú de 2019 y 2021. Se incorporó a mujeres de edad reproductiva. Se incluyeron características epidemiológicas, mapas coropléticos, Índice de Moran Global, Interpolación de Kriging y análisis estadístico puramente espacial de Kulldorf. Se evaluaron las desigualdades con curvas de concentración (CC), índice de concentración e índice de concentración normalizado por Erreygers (ENCI). Resultados: Se analizaron 21,518 y 21,797 datos en 2019 y 2021, respectivamente. La prevalencia de IPV de cualquier tipo (ATIPV) fue 36.5% en 2019 y 35.0% en 2021. La IPV presentó agrupación espacial en ambos años. Se detectaron cuatro conglomerados significativos en 2019 y tres en 2021 en las regiones sureste de la selva y sur andinas. Las CC de IPV estuvieron por encima de la línea de equidad en ambos años, indicando distribución desigual hacia los estratos pobres. El ENCI de ATIPV mostró incremento en las desigualdades del 2019 (-0.0456) al 2021 (-0.0783). Conclusiones: La prevalencia de IPV permaneció similar. Los conglomerados de alto riesgo estuvieron en las regiones sur andinas y selva sureste. La IPV se concentró en los estratos pobres, con un incremento en las desigualdades del 2019 al 2021.

Methods: Cross-sectional study based on the secondary data of the 2019 and 2021 Peruvian Demographic and Health Survey. Women of reproductive age were incorporated. We included general characteristics, Choropleth maps, Global Moran's I, Ordinary Kriging Interpolation and Kulldorff´s purely spatial scan statistical analysis. Finally, we assessed socioeconomic inequalities with concentration curves (CC), concentration index (CIX) and Erreygers’ normalized concentration index (ENCI). Findings: We analyzed data from 21,518 and 21,797 women in 2019 and 2021 respectively. The prevalence of any type of IPV (ATIPV) was 36.5% in 2019 and 35.0% in 2021. IPV exhibited spatial clustering in both years of the study. Four significant clusters were detected in 2019 and three in 2021 in the southern Andean and southeastern jungle regions. The CC of IPV were above the equity line in both years, indicating a pro-poor distribution. The ENCI of ATIPV showed that inequalities increased from 2019 (-0.0456) to 2021 (-0.0783). Conclusion: IPV prevalence remained similar. High-risk clustered groups were identified in the southern Andean and southeastern jungle regions.
