description En el presente documento, expongo mis vivencias y aprendizajes captados durante el internado médico, ya sean de carácter médico o profesional humanista, contribuyeron de manera significativa a mi desarrollo profesional y aprendizaje en el ámbito de la salud. Consta de un trabajo descriptivo-analítico de mis experiencias clínicas durante los 10 meses de internado. Se describen 30 casos, dentro de los cuales logro rescatar información significativa y que contribuyó a mi formación en las áreas de Medicina Interna, Cirugía, Pediatría y Ginecología. Dentro de ellas no expongo únicamente los signos semiológicos, interpretación laboratorial y manejo basado en la evidencia de la patología de base en cada uno de mis pacientes, sino que logro recalcar aquellas habilidades humanistas que como profesionales de la salud debemos tener. Asimismo, dentro de mi abordaje priorizo la comodidad y bienestar del paciente por sobre todas las cosas. Al finalizar este proceso, creo haber logrado una comunicación asertiva con mis pacientes, un manejo clínico adecuado y la oportunidad de haber reforzado habilidades blandas que me permiten mejorar constantemente. Objetivo: describir y hacer un análisis crítico a propósito de los casos clínicos a que estuve expuesto como interno de medicina y que contribuyeron a mi formación con aprendizajes significativos. Metodología: trabajo descriptivo y analítico de la experiencia clínica obtenida durante el internado médico Conclusiones: el internado médico es el periodo de constante aprendizaje durante el cual pude poner a prueba mis conocimientos académicos y habilidades sociales con el fin de velar por la salud y bienestar de los pacientes. Cada caso expuesto contribuyo de manera satisfactoria a mi desarrollo profesional.

Cada caso expuesto contribuyo de manera satisfactoria a mi desarrollo profesional.In this document, I present my experiences and lessons learned during the medical internship, whether medical or humanistic, they significantly contributed to my professional development and learning in the health field. It consists of a descriptive-analytical work of my clinical experiences during the 10 months of internship. In it, 30 cases are described, within which I was able to rescue significant and contributing information in the areas of Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics and Gynecology. Within them I do not only expose the semiological signs, laboratory interpretation and evidence-based management of the basic pathology of each of my patients, but I manage to emphasize those humanistic skills that as health professionals we must have. Likewise, within my approach, I prioritize the comfort and well-being of the patient above all else. At the end of this process, I believe I have achieved assertive communication with my patients, adequate clinical management, and the opportunity to reinforce soft skills that allow me to constantly improve. Objective: Describe and make a critical analysis of the clinical that contributed to my training with significant learning cases to which I was exposed a medical intern. Methodology: Descriptive and analytical work of the clinical experience obtained during the medical internship Conclusions: The medical internship is a period of constant learning during which I was able to test my academic knowledge and social skills to ensure the health and well-being of patients.
