description El proyecto presentará una tipología educativo-cultural, en el que se brindará educación inicial, primaria y secundaria bajo las nuevas metodologías de educación interdisciplinaria. El lugar identificado con potencial para el desarrollo del proyecto está ubicado en el distrito de Pachacamac, el cual presenta el mayor porcentaje de población en edad escolar de Lima Metropolitana, y sin embargo, la cantidad de colegios que existen en la zona sólo logran abastacer al 70 % de este sector de la población. La edificación tomará conceptos de las tipologías arquitectónicas desarrolladas en la historia de Pachacamac (Casa Huerta, Las Ruinas), como la presencia de amplias áreas de cultivo y la institucionalidad en la fachada, para de esta manera convertirse en un edificio que preserve la identidad de la zona a través de los años. El programa arquitectónico se divide en cuatro paquetes funcionales : el Área administrativa, el Área de servicio, el Área académica y los Espacios Comunales. Se plantearon espacios como la sala de usos múltiples, talleres especializados, biblioteca, aulas de innovación tecnológica y áreas de cultivo con el fin de que éstos también puedan ser utilizados por la comunidad fuera de las horas escolares y puedan garantizar la animación del proyecto durante el día.

The identified place with potential for the development of the project is located in the distric of Pachacamac, which has the highest percentage of population of school age in Metropolitan Lima, and yet, the number of schools that exist in the area only reach 70% of this sector of the population. The building has taken concepts from the architectural typologies developed in the history of Pachacamac (Casa Huerta, Las Ruinas) as the presence of large areas of cultivation and the institutionality in the facade, in order to become a building that preserves the identity of the area through the years. The program is divided into four sectors : the administrative area, the service area, the academic area and the communal spaces.
