Esta investigación busca establecer la relación entre las representaciones mentales del rol materno positivo y negativo, y la resiliencia en madres durante el tratamiento de sus hijos con fisura palatina según variables sociodemográficas. Por ello, se aplicó la Escala de Representación Mental del Rol Materno (RMRM) y Escala de Resiliencia (CD-RISC) a 60 madres con hijos con fisura palatina, participantes de un tratamiento postquirúrgico. Se obtuvo, el 52 % de las madres muestran representación mental positivo, el 32 % de madres muestran representación mental negativa; y 76% de madres, muestran ser resiliente. Se obtuvo una correlación entre representaciones mentales del rol materno positivo y resiliencia debido logran construir constelaciones maternas adecuadas. Transforman y reorganizan sus mentes para crear un vínculo saludable con su hijo. Las madres que cuentan con redes de soporte, construyendo factores protectores que ayuden a disminuir el riesgo, como es el cuidado especial del niño fisurado. |

There fore, the scale mental representation of Maternal Role ( RM ) and Resilience Scale (CD- RISC ) 60 mothers of children with cleft palate, participants in a postsurgical treatment was applied. Was obtained , 52% of mothers show positive mental representation , 32% of mothers show negative mental representation; and 76 % of mothers are shown to be resilient . The results showed a correlation between mental representations of positive maternal role and resilience because they construct adequate maternal constellations. Transform and reorganize their minds to create a healthy bond with your child .
