En los últimos años, las plataformas digitales se han convertido en una herramienta poderosa para ofrecer y adquirir dichos servicios, lo que permite una atención personalizada en la comodidad del hogar y según la necesidad de cada adulto mayor. El presente proyecto detalla el plan estratégico de la plataforma digital “Tata”, la cual se enfoca en brindar servicios de enfermería para el adulto mayor, conectando a quienes los ofrecen con aquellos que los necesitan, mediante un servicio a domicilio. Debido a los objetivos planteados, el tipo de investigación aplicada fue de tipo cuantitativo, aplicando un instrumento que mide la rentabilidad de la plataforma en base a proyecciones financieras, aspectos técnicos y comerciales, y una técnica de encuestas a enfermeros y potenciales usuarios para validar el interés hacia la plataforma. Por ello, las conclusiones de la investigación se establecen en relación con la viabilidad y escalabilidad de la plataforma, cuyo modelo de negocio permitirá dinamizar y generar mayor empleo en el sector salud de la ciudad, brindando un servicio seguro por contar con personal capacitado, basado en su ética y experiencia. Finalmente, se proponen algunas recomendaciones para garantizar que el modelo de negocio propuesto se ejecute de forma óptima.

In recent years, digital platforms have become a powerful tool to offer and acquire these services, allowing personalized attention in the comfort of home and according to the needs of each older adult. This project details the strategic plan of the digital platform "Tata", which focuses on providing nursing services for the elderly, connecting those who offer them, with those who need them, through a home service. Due to the proposed objectives, the type of applied research was quantitative, applying an instrument that measures the profitability of the platform based on financial projections, technical and commercial aspects, and a survey technique for nurses and potential users to validate interest in the platform. For this reason, the conclusions of the investigation are established in relation to the viability and scalability of the platform, whose business model will make it possible to boost and generate more employment in the health sector of the city, providing a safe service by having trained personnel, based on their ethics and experience.
