This research deals with the problems of a Red Globe table grapes exporting company, which develops its production process in the Ica Region, Peru. The main problem of the Agricola Andrea company was that they are on the out-of-date non-compliance of the containers of grapes in the weeks that agreed with the customer causing lower return prices than expected and therefore a decrease in the income of the business. A time study was carried out in the production process at the plant, on the basis of which the line balance was elaborated, reducing the number of operators and eliminating the typists and the personnel working around this process using the Technology of industrial readers of bar codes increasing the efficiency of the production lines. Several Lean tools were implemented to avoid wastage and to achieve a leveling of production in order to comply with Just in time the compromised shipments.
